Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Nevada

Absolutely the worst location in all of las vegas i live near this location and have given them a try over 5 times, each time thinking things will be different. Never once have i been proven right, the service is always horrible. Customer service is non existent where employees and cashiers will literally treat you as if you do not exist or are an inconvenience to them. Think ordering ahead means theyll have your order waiting at the designated time?!… think again, I’ve ordered just 1 pizza ahead of time all the way up to 5 each time i arrive at least 20 minutes after the time i selected and am still waiting at least an hour. You can place an order 4 hours ahead and still have to wait an hour once you get there.

Mind you i have not even mentioned the food yet. It is borderline inedible, there has never been once it has been cooked even close to an acceptable condition. I’ve received black burnt pizza and undercooked pizza where the sough isnt even cooked. Sometimes youll read reviews on places and think that was just that persons experience. I never leave reviews, but this place has been so horrible i felt obligated to let others know. I was not surprised when i went to leave this review i saw sooo many others reporting having the same experience. I will now be traveling 15 min down the street for another little ceasers location even though this one is only 3 min away from me. THATS HOW BAD IT IS. I honestly have no idea how this place is still...

It wasn't too crowded but I still had to wait like 15 minutes . Only to get a pizza with a whole lot of sauce but no extra cheese and pretty much same amount of pepperoni as regular 5 dollar pizza. Very dissappointed. Since I have moved to new neighborhood I thought I was going to be happy with my new place being in between two different little ceasers..I was excited to literally have my own pizza pizza plan..ha.. So far, one ( off charlezton) took my order via the app.. and when I went to pick it up, they weren't even open. Was told by the other little ceasers that their stoves were down. So, why did my money get taken from pre paid pay pal card? If nobody was even in the store shouldn't it state that the store is closed on the app ? Now I go to this other one and order the extra cheese and pepperoni and the only thing extra I recieved was sauce and wait time.. I miss my other little ceasers. They were always packed and I think I only had one complain t the entire 4 years or so that I regularly ordered from them.. just saying... must be some sort of franchise thing..because these two little ceasers are completely off the mark.. sorry for the complant.. if just once I woulda let things go.. but this is unfortunately getting me to say goodbye to little ceasers.. and I am originally from detroit.. go figure..just goes to show.. detroit pizza can only be detroit pizza in the Detroit metropolitan...

We went to the little Caesars on Lake Mead and Nellis to purchase a pretzel pizza combo with the crazy breadsticks we place the order at 6:20 for it to be ready by 6:50 to 7:03, we arrived at the little Caesars at 7:15 and by about 725 it was actually my turn at the cashier. I told the cashier my order and she went back to retrieve the pizza on our drive home. My wife decided to look at the pizza to verify it, and it was a plain cheese pizza. We drove back to the little Caesars and I had to wait in line again about another 10 minutes to be attended when I went up to the cashier I told her that I was given the wrong Pizza the lady didn’t even acknowledge me or apologize she just grabbed it and took it to the back. Yelled at the guy making the pizzas a bit. Then she shuffle the run a couple of the pizzas opening multiple boxes, which is in fact cross-contamination then she went to retrieve one from the hot and ready oven . I asked if she could open it to verify this one and she has acidly did so with a lot of attitude, then when we got home, we open up the box and started eating and we noticed that the pizza was extremely stale and almost like a thin crust pizza not at all like in the promos and it wasn’t even warm. We felt that they miss treated us even though it was their mistake. Didn’t get an apology. Horrible...
