I came here Yesterday Night, ready to place my order through the machine. I didn't get her name, but one of the Night shift workers that has a Spanish accent but does speak Spanish told me their systems is down and wouldn't be able to take my order. Usually, when the system is down, they leave the paper note on the machine, if she was referring to that. One of the other workers there, a guy, was outside, not sure on break or something, told me they're lying, that they are able to take my Order, they just want HIM to do it. Boy, did that boil my blood, LOL, so I honked at the window, and the one who spoke opened up the window and I asked her why she's lying, because I just got told she can take my order, but refused to. She said what would I like? Like nothing. And I asked her again, and she had the nerve to close the window and walk away. That didn't stop me, so I parked the car, and practically banged on the door until she opened up the door, along with another girl, and talked to her, and asked her the same question, and she kept saying the same thing, that the service was down, but can do my order. I feel these 2 didn't want to work. If it wasn't for the guy to tell me about it, I would have left like an idiot. I suggest @management to check cameras from Yesterday Night shift, and you'll see and hear all the proof. Have THOSE 2 FIRED, they probably fooled others Yesterday too,...
Read moreI made an order through Door Dash at this Subway location. I ordered a Steak & Cheese footlong, and a Turkey footlong sandwich. My main complaint about the sandwiches is there were more veggies than meat. The turkey they put on the sandwich is very thin and the amount was very skimpy. I might has well had ordered a vegetarian sandwich. I guarantee it would be made perfect, because it would be nothing but vegetables, which stood out in the sandwiches I ordered. Same thing with the Steak and Cheese. The same way you would make the sandwiches when a customer shows up in person, because the customer will make sure you are not going to gyp them out of how there sandwich is made. The same integrity should be there when it's ordered for delivery. To the employees who work the night shift. You should put a lot of passion in treating your customers the way you would want to be treated when it comes to serving or making there food. By the customers spending there money to eat at this establishment is exactly what keeping you working there. And that should be a good reason for...
Read moreI'm busy at work and not usually in this side of town. Bought food through the drive through and drove to my side of town when u opened it the food was disgusting. Tasted terrible and I eat subway 5 times a week. Told manager he said ok come back and we'll give u a free one but it has to be from here. I thought well I'm not going back there. So after 3 months I figured they'd gotten it right. I was on that side of town again so I figured I'd get my food. They would not honor it and embarrassed me in front of everyone. Totally poor customer service clearly. So I said well I'm not going to pay for that and left. UPDATE Well I called subway complaint line and the situation did end up being resolved but not without the most rediculous amount of hassle. That subway really is horrific. It could be they get bad customers too. That side of town can't even keep a walmart or a mall. Employees probably need to be pretty hardened to work...
