Dottys — Restaurant in Nevada

Let me begin by stating that I have been a regular patron of Dotty's nearly every Sunday for quite some time now. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and embarrassed.

Accompanied by my service dog, I politely requested a beer for myself and a bowl of water for Luna, a routine request. Instead of receiving a courteous response, the demeanor of the staff lady was unexpectedly rude and dismissive. Despite my persistence, no water was ever offered to my dog. She even questioned Luna's status as a service animal, citing that she herself owned one and implying doubt about Luna's legitimacy. (Where was her service animal?)

This lack of basic accommodation was not only frustrating but also reflected poorly on the customer service standards of the establishment.

The staff's attitude was so discouraging that I did not even feel comfortable staying to enjoy my usual beer. Feeling disrespected and unwelcome, I made the decision to leave immediately. As someone who values respectful and inclusive treatment, this experience fell far short of my expectations.

I want to emphasize that this review addresses the conduct of the staff employed by Dotty's, rather than the establishment itself.

Short very short of stellar ..counter.. hosting. Very rude employee by the name of Jessa. Went in to follow up on a lost ticket dispute that was supposed to be taken care of within 24 hours and still waiting. Asked for the corporate number and that was too much for her to do that she told me to go get it off the wall. She's had several complaints against her from her fellow employees that she can't even stock for the next shift which puts her co workers behind. If I was the manager she would of been gone a long time ago. That's unacceptable...
