Got a BBQ Brisket Whopper about 3 hours ago and now stuck in my bathroom sick to my stomach. I’m not sure if maybe the patty was undercooked. Or maybe the cheese was bad. Not sure. What I do know is that something was improperly handled without care. Just a bit concerned why someone’s health and safety wouldn’t come first when working in a kitchen. You really have to think about how people are eating what you give them. They’re literally consuming what you provide. Could you imagine someone’s kid eating something that you provided and they got extremely sick? Luckily I’m a grown man and can do my best to tolerate food poisoning. Which I shouldn’t have to in the first place. I have bills to pay and a family to take care of. I don’t have time to be sick throwing up in my toilet all night and day. I really do hope a manager or someone takes care of this asap.

This is really rare for me to make a review like this nowadays. Usually I have to come onto google reviews and complain about how cold, undercooked or overcooked my food is or how sloppily it was made. Whoever made my food right now at 12:19 am needs a raise. You sir/ma’am put love into my Jr whoppers. I always say a good burger from a fast food restaurant has the cheese melted over that burger. But you went above and beyond. The cheese was melted over the nice hot burger. The lettuce was perfectly placed. The condiments were absolutely perfectly proportioned. You put LOVE into my food. I waited a little bit longer. It was maybe 5 minutes longer in the drive through. But I don’t care. As soon as I took a bite of my absolutely delicious burger. I sat here and reflected on life. You took me back to pre Covid when all food was good. You made my burgers the way that you would make them for yourself and words cannot explain how much I appreciate you. I've never been to a place that can so consistently and without fail not only get an order wrong, but provide the most rude service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The high score for faulty orders is when I had to return a simple sandwich FOUR TIMES before they got it right. On the final try, they were utterly SHOCKED that I wanted the cheese that was supposed to come with my meal, and not the one they put on it. Today, after not having gone for months, I decided to give and go get a breakfast sandwich. Not only did they act completely out of line at the order box, cutting me off before i could complete my order, but when I tried to tell them I had intended to purchase more before they told me to pull up, they acted like it was a such a chore that I wound up cancelling the rest of it and just stuck with the one meal I had gotten, and I'm thankful. Not only does it look like they didn't even put a full egg on the thing, but to make matters worse, I waited for ten minutes for a sandwich that was cold and tastes stale. The cheese is the only thing that seems minorly fresh, and there were ice crystals on it. I tried to call, but they never pick up. I used to consider BK one of my favorite places to eat. This place has completely ruined it for me. Someone needs to step up and manage their people, because there's no way that the past five visits I've had, spaced months apart, can continually and consistently be so bad every single time without there being a serious problem. I ordered a mocha iced coffee this morning & when I tasted it, it was not coffee. I asked them if they could use less mocha because it tastes like syrup to me.
They said would you like another flavor? I asked again if I could have less mocha syrup. Some things were jumbled and she said, "I'll just make you another one" She spoke in spanish to her coworker but didn't shut the window and her coworker gave the dirtiest look as if making a new one was back breaking. It turned out to be management. It was around 8 am 6-20-24. I asked for a refund due to the look on her face. I actually think corporate should get involved and & do some retraining. If you don't like customer service, do not partake in it. The entire time they were speaking in spanish so if she was willing to give a blatant dirty look I'm sure she said some rude things in another language.
I highly doubt corporate will do anything but that Burger king will probably lose business slowly but surely.
I would have refunded the whole thing and never came back if my kids were not excited for their french...
