HUMBLE RELIGION — Local services in Sunrise

My daughter begged and pleaded for two hoodies from this so-called place of business. I was suspicious having never heard of it myself but research provided enough proof of what seemed to be a legitimate organization. I've now paid over $100 for two hoodies (ridiculous in itself) shipping label was created pretty much next day via USPS. It's been weeks and cannot get any form of response from anyone. Not surprising seeing as how Google provides you with no phone number for the place of business and the website provides you with a single Gmail account for any and all inquiries. My daughter and I are now under the impression that we have been bamboozled and the monetary and time wasting joke is on us. I wish you could be responsible for responding to this disappointed daughter that I now have. I was thinking maybe this was a fluke as I tried to be positive given the constant unknown variables surrounding every situation. Upon reading other reviews this unfortunately seems to be standard practice for this company. You should be downright ashamed of yourself humble religion. If I don't have some form of resolution by the end of today I will be publicly blasting this company in every way possible. Better business bureau will be the first stop undoubtingly! I ordered 2 hoodies for my niece on November 19 and I have yet to receive them. I paid for 1 day shipping and that means absolutely nothing. I contacted them a week after I ordered, via email, and they said this was a busy time and it would be shipped soon. Today is December 6 and it has yet to ship. They are no longer responding to my email. Customer service is terrible nd i will be contacting the BBB.

Update: after contacting the BBB on them I received an email that my items will be delivered. I finally received the hoodies on December 21 almost a month after I ordered them. Their customer service is horrible! It will continue as long as we continued to accost it and make purchases from them. I requested at least half of my next day shipping fee to be refunded and they did not say a word about that. No CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! Don’t ever order online they tell you 1-3 days shipping it’s been over two weeks still waiting on shipping that I paid 16 dollars to get it faster and you really don’t get it at all They never answer the phone when you call they don’t get back to emails terrible customer service then I go to the store to see if they will give me my item the lady working at the register has no idea what she is talking about saying she can not look up orders.
