One of the best Jamaican restaurants I’ve been to in South Florida. There’s enough parking in this Sunrise plaza. When I entered, a person came from the back and went behind the counter while acknowledging & greeting me professionally 😀. There’s nice decor, the place is clean. There are enough tables and chairs for a pleasing dine-in experience. I asked the employee what she would recommend to eat. She recommended pork, which I don’t eat often. After some conversation, I decided to order curried goat, rice & peas, plantains, salad, and ginger ale. After a reasonable wait time, I received the food and took it to go. When I ate the food, my palate was satiated 😋. I even had enough for leftovers 🙏🏾. It tasted better than some Jamaican food I’ve had at other South Florida Jamaican restaurants.

I have been to this restaurant before, that time we had the oxtail and stewpeas. It was the best oxtail & stewpeas I ever had.. This time I decided to try the Brown stew chicken and Jerk chicken.. Both were great, the meats were nicely seasoned and not super dry. The rice and peas were nicely cooked too.. The veggies on the side were fresh. The only complaint I have has to do with their hrs. I recommend you call before you go. The hours seem to not be correct.. But the food is worth the effort.

Service was very good, I didn’t have to wait long before dinner was served. The place feels clean and food was delicious. I took the picture after having eaten half so it doesn’t show the whole plate, they serve more that is shown in picture. As I was having dinner many customers came up for take out, they keep busy!

I have to say, I am highly impressed with 876 Cafe. I was lucky to have sampled their food from an event they catered. My entire table enjoyed the food and we inquired of the hostess, who catered the food. She told us, 876 Cafe. I made a mental note to go there in the near future. Well, I got hubby to drive me from Cooper City to Sunrise. When we arrived, we noted the place was very clean. The hostess greeted us with a smile (very important). She further went out of her way to accommodate me, in my desire for a fish, even though I did not pre-order. We both had the goat head soup, yumm! I ordered the brown stew fish, amazing! My hubby ordered the fried chicken, amazing! We dined in and were served in true restaurant style. We were lucky enough the meet the chef and thank her for such a wonderful experience. Needless to say, we will be going back. 876 Cafe, thank you for your above and...

I had been craving oxtails for a while and I stumbled across this restaurant online and decided to give them a try. The food turned out pretty good. The only thing is, I didn't get my mac and cheese as ordered. I received a pasta salad. I called and the young lady said they tried reaching me, but I had my phone the whole time. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and also give them a pass, because at least she was pleasant and not rude about it and she offered to make it right on my next order. I appreciate that. The food I had was great here so yes I would recommend that you...
