The girls by the lottery/ customer service area lack work ethics and I do believe they donât know what they are doing. 3 times they have messed up bill pays I did there for Fpl. I deal with it because I live around the corner and itâs convenient for me to go there . Just ringing up items there you get attitude. Like why? Donât you like your job? They give you a nasty attitude because you call them out on their mistakes but itâs my money! I need to call you out on it. They would if the scripts were turned.
Today paid for a box a beer there once and the cashier asked me for my ID. This girl pulls out a calculator to check my age. Then I give her a $20 (the total was 16.79). She give me back $2.21. I told her youâre missing a $1. She told me no and said next. I said excuse me you gave me back the wrong change. You owe me a $1.    Read moreThe butchers have really bad attitudes. From what I saw today they give everyone an attitude. Especially the customers that don't speak english all too well. If you ask for more than one thing be ready for the crazy looks and the teeth sucking. The one that attended me weighed the meat that I ordered and automatically priced it. It had a lot of fat on it so I asked him to please remove the fat and cut it so that I can grill it. Once he finished I asked him to weigh it again and he said: "if I weigh it again I can't change the price." Mind you it was almost a whole pound less when he weighed it the second time. Nevertheless, I didn't want to argue with him or hold up the rest of the customers so I went to speak to the manager. No luck there! All he said was "oh" and shook his head.    Read moreI been shopping here for years and never had a complain. I had great customer service at the fish dept. the gentleman was very curious and humorous. However I had a return that I planned to process at the cashier for a bottle cafe busco for 6.99 in exchange for the brink at 2.49. So I purchased fish and bleach and went to the customer service area to exchange the cafe and the lady implied that it seems as if I was going to steal a 7 dollar cafe and the brick, which I didnât appreciate at all. Then to add more insult she explained to her manager in Spanish and he proceeded to insinuate the same. At that time I calmly explained to both what happened and please check cameras to verify! This is lead to a back and forth between the manager and myself before completing the exchange and him leaving. This has never happened to me in bravo before and I am shocked honestly!
