Update: David, I got your response. Thanks. I did not show up to rent something for today. I showed up to rent something for tomorrow and next weekend. I guess I texted with you and got some good responses. I went to go to the store to meet you and talk in person and unfortunately your son is not good at customer service. I told him I wanted to reserve something for the next day, as you texted that you had availability. He wouldn't even talk to me. I did not demand service. If you don't want to talk to customers, you shouldn't have a visible store front.
The young guy who works there it was beyond rude. I stopped in around noon to get some information about renting kayaks for tomorrow. He just handed me a flyer and said look at this. I had a half a dozen questions that he refused to answer. He just kept saying look at the flyer and text me later. I was asking about where to put in and what they help with do they do pick ups and drop offs. Again he said just look at the flyer. But he did say that they do put in is at the bridge. When I asked him where that was if it was the one right next to him. He again said look at the flyer.
I get that it's a holiday weekend. But I was the only one there. I went in the middle of the day when they would be less busy. He just refused to help me.
And he wasn't even nice about it.
Guess I will take my business elsewhere. Must be nice to not need...

Four of us arrived at the Marina all suited up only to find them closed. So we went online to reserve canoes in advance for Tuesday... but the Marina called back Tuesday morning with regret they had to cancel our reservation due to staffing shortages.
Luckily, we found Sunriver ToyHouse online, and they were happy to get the boys into a canoe and into the water at Harper Bridge on Tuesday afternoon, and to retrieve the canoe for us at the Benham East takeout.
A longer trip on a sunnier afternoon at the...

All equipment was above what was expected all the way down to the balaclavas and helmets. Radios, inflatable tubes for sledding, shovels, heated vests, first aid kit, towel for windscreen or incidentals and wait for it, Snow Pass. All included in the rental. Great training and safety course before being turned loose. They are also in contact with the local groomers and have a ton of knowledge of all the trails in and around Sunriver, La Pine, Bend, East Lake. Really, if you are looking to rent snowmobiles around the area, these...
