I have to say that as a new user of Tumble Fresh, I am very disappointed. No one on site to speak to. No machines that wash in cold water (see picture attached) and when I called to inquire, I was directed by the phone bot to leave a message. I figured I would do one better. Leave a crappy review. This seems to get more attention. In the future, I will go to the place on E 5th.

The laundromat is clean with very nice, efficient washers and dryers. Nice hightop seating with usb plugs and space to use a laptop. We are passing through on our way west and we’re glad we found this laundromat.

Lots of washers and dryers. Currently all in working order (brand new building). My only complaint is I added $$ to my account on the app, it says to scan machine to start and it would not work for me... So I added $$ to my acct, could not use it so then ended up getting quarters to actually do my laundry, and now I'm out the funds added to my acct .. app is not user friendly (and I'm not a newbie or tech challenged, I use apps all the time for things...) but, love how brightly lit it is inside, the large machines (usually we use soooo many machines at other locations), hours are good, actually has a bathroom(!)- IYKYK - however there should be a trash next to the toilet in the ladies room {hint hint}, hand washing station outside the bathroom, lots of coin machines for you. We took advantage of the grand opening promo, but not sure how much washers will be going forward.. all in all a...

This laundromat is AMAZING! You have the choice to use your card OR quarters. There are late night hours, multiple sizes to washing machines to choose from and prices ranging from $3.75 - $20 and everything in between. Bathrooms are available!! There is a sink, atm, concession machines, arcade games and quarter machines, tvs available, AND...WAIT FOR IT...CHARGING PORTS ON THE TABLES and wifi available!!! There aren't even charging PORTS or wifi at the multi million dollar transportation center Duluth built!!! This place is up-to-date, convenient, clean, and bright. If it was more than the competition, which it's not, I would gladly pay it for the...

Clean, cool air, fast wash machines with Wednesday $2 special!! Awesome, especially when on a retirement income 🙂 Bathrooms open to the public which is awesome; clean , big, and spacious. Water fountain available with bottle fill feature. TV to watch..vending and game area. Different size washers and dryers..which make coming to the laundromat convenient. Spacious area with plenty of seating and plenty of folding baskets available to place clean linen in to fold.
