Potential bugs or irritant in clothing. I took my stepdaughter here to get a hoodie last minute. We looked through lots of the sweatshirts until we found one without a stain and in her size. A lot of the items had brownish stains on them, almost like what you'd expect from bedbugs, but some stains were too big to be caused by that. We overheard other customers talking about this as well. The more concerning part is that my stepdaughter said when she was looking through the clothes, something bit or scratched her and she had two small, but relatively wide and deep (compared to say, a paper cut) scratch marks on her hand. After we left the store, I felt a bit itchy and noticed I had two (what appeared to be) bite marks clustered on my hand as well. Today, about a week later, the spots on my hand have faded but the area is red and swollen. I'm not sure if it's bugs or spiders in the clothing or cheap fibers or glitter that are coming off the clothes and getting embedded in our skin or what. We were mostly looking in the outdoor clothing, that's where my stepdaughter said she felt the scratch. We did end up buying a hoodie but after we both started itching and noticed the marks after leaving the store, we threw it away in the outdoor trash...

Clerk by name of Selena was extremely rude to me. I had two granddaughters with me. We were looking for a large youth size hoodie. She heard me asking a very nice girl near the fitting room about it. She came up with a large adult hoodie and shoved it at me. I said Excuse me, and she replied, “You started it”! What the heck did I start? No idea. We were checking out and I was telling the nice girl who was helping me about the incident because I totally didn’t understand it. Selena was listening nearby and jumped out of the clothes into the isle we were using to exit. She tried to block me. I said MOVE. She says, “Oh, that’s how it’s going to be!” I stared deep into her eyes and said MOVE again, but a bit louder. I went to proceed forward and she slightly stepped over just a bit. I walked through, turning around to my granddaughters behind me and told them it was ok and to follow me. Selena yelled something at me and we kept walking and left. I read some reviews that mentioned her in many of them. Everyone else was so nice and almost apologetic for her during our visit. Why is she still there? I’ll never go back. I don’t...

First of all horrible service, could not get anyone to assist me. The one person that I asked for help just pointed me in a direction than went back to folding items. I had to tap her on the shoulder to get her attention due to her listening to musics on EarPods. I did purchase several shirts but when got home they did not fit, the large was not a true large. I went back the following day to return those items and was told they do not do returns. Stunned I asked where that was posted and she stated it was in the receipt. I thought that this had to be posted so the customer could decide whether they would like to purchase items or not. So in a nutshell, customer service, quality of merchandise and return policy all made my shopping experience terrible. I will not return...
