Handy Mart — Local services in Surf City

while we have been locals here in surf city for a long time, we have had several issues with an employee there. while every time we have arrived in store we have seen long lines due to her talking about either personal things or just not doing her job in general. we have mentioned our complaints as well as the employee called “shayla” had had multiple complaints that the business has not addressed. if people feel uncomfortable with coming in to a business such as a gas station due to one employee maybe it would do good to get rid of her because this business and their employees is not setting standard for what is appropriate...

2 registers 2 employees at each register, 1 register was closed and she was doing nothing. Other employee was on a phone call through headphones. Their card reader declined 4 of our cards and they didn't even try to use the other register. Hated this place, hated the service. Very pleased with the new Handy Mart in Surf City! Each time I go it is exceptionally clean. The staff is always friendly and sure to greet you upon entrance.
