Tracey's Nail — Local services in Swatara Township

I had a 7:00pm appt with Tracey. I decided to come early 5:30pm cause I was getting my old acrylic soaked off for a new overlay. Her son said he would give me 50% off cause it was 7:45pm when she was done with the clients ahead of me. She started doing someone else full set as I was waiting for her cause the other girl didn’t know how to do a full set and it was supposed be my turn. It’s now like 7:45pm So I said something about it and she stated she was waiting for the other girl nails to dry that was their before me but we all know gel polish don’t take long. She tried to charge me $50 for my nails and I was not having it she talked me out my design cause it was late already and my nails was Rush. Did not have a pleasant experience. I walked in and the guy said what. Now weather he was playing or not you don't address customer's that way. He told me how long the wait would be, so I said I'll come back. He then made a comment like go buy yourself some chicken. That pissed me off so I went back in there and told him to buy some damn CHINESE FOOD. Very disrespectful and I will tell my friends to not go there anymore. Well for 1, the same day the nail tech had to redo my nails because my gel was clumpy I ended up being the last customer in the shop that day. I had to go back the next day so they could fix and they still charged me. That SAME day a nail popped off, so I had to go back the next day and Tracy fixed it. The day after I realized a nail was loose and another 2 other ones were cracked. Never again am I going there the only GOOD tech that’s in there is Tracy and there is at least 6 techs that...
