I went Into Smooth Vape with low expectations from the same old annoying experiences at all vape shops, BUT they gave me the complete opposite. I was immediately greeted, asked what brought me in, and filled in with the most amazing knowledge. I was given so many samples of flavors as I had admitted I was usually just disappointed in them, and the employee working, Josh, went above and beyond to make sure I had found something I liked. He educated me on everything they have from the ABCs to the nitty gritty. I will be back and I am recruiting friends from all over. Came the whole way up from Carlisle and this is now my forever vape home. They have MORE than just house juices, which are amazing btw. Nice laid back environment. Warm and welcoming employees! Micheal, was super amazing helpful. I Like to change my flavors up a few times a day and not only was he absolutely patient but gave me his recommendations as well (which, we're amazing too!) I visited the shop again today and had a wonderful experience. I am not a vaping expert by any means, but I have been vaping for a couple years. I generally have a lot of questions regarding new products, and the gentlemen always take the time to answer them and/or provide explanations in a professional and respectful manner.
