I had put some clothes up for consignment there a little over a year ago. I called a month later asking about it and they said the manager would have to call me back, I never got a phone call, I went in person and she said again a manager will have to help me. I forgot about it after that, today I go in and I simply ask her about it. I’m not demanding my money back or being rude. I was there to ask so I know what to do next time, the owner raises her voice at me and tells me three times it’s my responsibility to get my check. I didn’t argue, I just asked a question. Never in my life have I been talked to like that by a retail worker. I understand her perspective on why come in and ask a year later, I was just curious. Never going back...

Terrible experience with this consignment store. Everything that I took in the lady complained about. They are just as bad as the Victoria’s closet consignment in Cashier’s. After two months of not hearing anything, I called the store to find out if the few items that I left sold. The lady (didn’t get her name) told me that I have to go on the app and check to see if there is a check available for me. I went on the Apple app and could not find an app with their store name. Tried calling back for over 30 minutes and they would not answer their phone. Before I left the store they never gave me instructions to go on line and check the status if any of my items sold. I love this place! I stopped in yesterday looking for a dress for a banquet, and left with a dress, super cute heels, two pairs of jeans, three sweaters and jewelry. Wow!
