They are very personal there. As soon as I walked in, they said hi and helped me. My associate immediately asked what i was looking for and then measured my foot to make sure i would get the right size. I forgot socks, so they had a basket full of real socks to use as testers. They really know what they are doing/talking about. She brought the pair I wanted to try plus several other shoes (different sizes, since the shoe shifted in size). She was accurate with each size for my foot. But also she watched me walk to see what I really needed for a shoe. There was not pressure since I said I was just wanting to check out the shoes and how they fit. They were just kind of "meh"..they don't carry a wide or great selection of shoes for children! I was in there for my 5 yr old who needed some good tennis shoes and since Stride Rite has closed down..I was referred by my son's therapists! The store was clean and tidy..the two guys that I saw working (one of them helped us)..they were nice enough, I guess! They weren't overly nice but they weren't rude either! Neither were wearing masks but I guess that's a personal choice for their business. The shoes for my son were ridiculously expensive but I did receive a little bit of a discount because the shoes rang up cheaper than the guy had originally thought! I can't say that I would shop there again..I feel like I could've gotten about the same quality for less...

On Saturday, 9/9/23, I had a marvelous experience @ Dave's Running in Sylvania. I walked in @ 5:45 pm. I wasn't sure I would be able to get new shoes, especially since they close at 6 pm and the store was very busy. However, Ryan reassured me he would find me new shoes. My current shoes were causing me great pain. He watched me walk and heard my concerns about what I needed in a shoe. He definitely delivered!
