Any Lab Test Now — Local services in Tacoma

I had a full female panel done a month ago. It took a while to get the results, almost a week. My CBC never resulted. No one ever reached out to me to explain why. I had to call multiple times. Why multiple times ? Because half the time they don't pick up the phone here. When I finally did get in touch with someone she told me there was no result bc the specimen had coagulated. When I asked about getting a refund bc that test is $60 she said she would speak with the owner and get back to me. She gave me her work number so I felt confident that I'd hear back. That was almost 2 weeks ago. No one has contacted me about refunding me for the test I never got results for, just like no one was going to contact me to tell me the specimen failed. The communication here is so bad that I never want to come back. Will update if I ever get refunded.

Update: Got this email from the branch:

"Good morning, We received your voicemail. After speaking with the owner we are unable to do a refund due to the fact that you had gotten a panel which reduced the price of all your tests. If you break the panel you lose out on the $400 savings. We are able to do a recollect but are not able to do a refund. I apologize if this is not what you were hoping to hear."

I never used a coupon for these test. I bought the bundle, they offered on their website. And paid over $300 for them. It's not a limited time deal, it's something that is always on their menu. It's been one month since I needed those results, and I am unable to get the tests redrawn as this point. If the individual test is at a reduced price bc it is within a bundle then refund me the cost at the reduced rate, but to say you cannot refund me at all is dishonest.

It is so shameful to see a business skirt responsibility for a problem they are created and failed to handle properly. Totally disappointed, and highly considering reporting them to the BBB. Will update if...

I went to this lab Dec 30th and I had not received my results for 2 weeks. I called multiple times on different days and times and could not get ahold of anyone. Finally, I got a response when I texted. They let me know my test failed because there was a weather delay and my test expired during transport. Nobody was going to contact and tell me this. This was about a month after the test I found this out. I had moved out of state and asked if I could retake the test at a different lab in my new town and they said they would get back to me. Nobody got back to me for a week. I reached out again and after many days of trying to get ahold of someone I finally asked for a refund. Now, almost the end of February, I still have not received a refund. I have called multiple times and called customer service but they have stated it needs manager approval. How am I ever going to get a refund for a test that was never completed if nobody answers the phone? 2 months I have not received a refund and can’t get ahold of anyone in this office. UPDATE- In response to the owner: I have tried to contact the office multiple times on numerous occasions. The staff will not respond. When they do they do not follow through. Went in for a simple blood draw, I've done many before at other big name labs like multicare and labcorp, but the test kit I got isn't covered at one of those locations so I had to go to the Tacoma location for Any Lab Test Now. Worst experience of my life for blood test and in the end after 2 failed attempts I left with a ruined test and holes on both arms with not but a single drop in the tube.

My right arm was done and I've never had anyone try to take blood the way he did before, straight arm almost to the point of pain and clenched fist, the needle went in and then when putting the tube on the end it pulled out so now blood is coming out of my arm instead of in the tube.

My left arm he used a smaller needle and same thing, straight arm clenched fist and odd angle going in. This time I got poked with a smaller needle and no blood, so rather than pulling it out and trying again he started to move it around while in my arm hunting for the vein. Mind you I have large veins and this has never happened to me before. Then he hit something and some blood came but not much and I made him stop.

Lack of experience and odd blood drawing technique, I'm never going back here and I'd suggest you take caution if you...
