I have been a loyal customer for years. You used to have two young guys working who gave excellent service. Ever since they left it's gone more and more downhill. Curt, impersonal interactions and now some unfortunate new rules apparently. Was told today you don't sell individual coils anymore. When pressed tho, the salesman did have several single coils of what I was looking for. So that was wierd but got the box if it mattered so much to him. Forgot to ask the price of a mod I was gonna pick up for my girlfriend so I called twenty mins later and asked. Was told he couldn't disclose pricing over the phone due to the law. I've never heard of that law but even after telling him exactly who I was, what I bought, when, he couldn't tell me. If that's actually a law I feel bad for your industry because the amount of annoyances coupled with higher prices make it not valuable at all to buy in store. Especially not selling single coils. I couldn't find any law about disclosing prices tho it felt like a sales tactic, so decided not to come back and buy from a place trying to work me. I have in the last few months bought several different vape systems from your store I think you have great service and I think you have great help, but I do have a problem I bought a click device and I was informed that the click device with the two refills would last at least a couple weeks, that didn't even come close both click device refills burned out within 2 days I also bought a extra box of ones you could refill yourself thank God I did or I would have had to buy another device. Anyway I called the girl and she told me that she was going to be talking to either you or someone else I have met you personally and I know you're a good guy. I just spoke to a young woman on the phone about replacing the two that were just burnt is how I want to put it but I never heard back from anyone so I'm guessing that you are not aware of the issue or your manager is not aware of the issue. Read moreJOKE OF A VAPE STORE. Worst experience at a vape shop ever. 5/25/19 5:45pm.... Went in with 2 of my buddies to pick up some new devices, and spend a good amount of money. We’re hangin in there just having a good convo with the worker in there and then made a joke about how people under 21 are gonna have to get a fake ID just to get vape juice. Buddy gets all worked up for no reason and declines to sell to us and forced us to leave the store. He then says that we might have fake id’s and he wouldn’t even check them. Like buddy, we are there just joking around. Well I’m sure the owner will be proud to see this review of his employee (green sweatshirt, probably late 20’s) and apparently never took a customer service training course. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will make sure that all of my friends who are regular customers never step foot in this joke of a vape...
