Ricos Tacos — Restaurant in Tacoma

I purchased two orders of street tacos at the price of 6.99 each. So 14 dollars + 1.40 in tax + a .25 card fee would be 15.65. I distinctly remember paying 15.65, however I look at my account and find a charge of 18.65.

I've been harassed by an employee suggesting that I along with other people have been lying about their bill being overcharged. After speaking to the manager over the telephone, he offered to refund the money. After arriving at the place I received the refund and was offered without me even having to ask if I wanted some tacos for my troubles.. I was given 5 free tacos. Very nice gesture and the tacos were pretty good.

I have seen several other people on yelp dealing with this similar situation and that leaves a bad taste...

The customer service is good, no complaints, but the food is just…. ok, but for the price We are not sure about it, the burritos mmm nope! they fall apart in your hands, sorry,,,,but that is not good. “Probably you need a fork” We been in this place 3 occasions and the 3 times when we just want something quick to eat we were like… mm not impressed, our experience there not have been good, maybe it has been bad luck but mmmm. My friend which was his first time eating here said “well I am not coming back for a $13 veggie burrito that fall apart in your hand without flavor sorry”, nope!. The Custumer service is good. My husband and I are over the moon with Ricos Tacos and highly recommend making them a normal place to eat lunch or dinner. It is very obvious that Fernando and his wife Brenna take pride in running their business and in providing only the best Mexican cuisine. They recently catered our wedding in Tacoma and did an outstanding job. We have had so many of our guests ask about them, and compliment how great the food tasted. It will leave you craving for more.
