I wish I lived here, because Id visit everyday!!

I was on the hunt for a specific Jamie Joseph ring, and scoured the earth. I DM'd late at night, and the Lapis teach reached out to me in the early morning. They sent so many photos, gave so much advice, and really held my hand as I made a big girl purchase. To qualm my instant gratification needs, I had the ring shipped ASAP, and it arrived in less than 4 days! The packaging is gorgeous, the hand written note just made me weep. On top of having a gorgeous new ring, I have a new place to shop online, where I know everyone is so genuine and sweet, and always ready to help. Now Im sending my ring back for resizing and I got the label within minutes of request and payment.

Emily stayed over an hour after closing for a private engagement-ring viewing for me and my fiancée, which was already really kind. When we arrived, she had some drinks laid out for us, which felt super special and celebratory. She was patient with us and we enjoyed looking at all of the very unique rings that LAPIS has, with its special connection with individual artisans. Many of the designs we saw at LAPIS were basically completely original, and our favorites tended to be more "organic" ones that evoked the fractal, asymmetric beauty of stars, trees, etc.

Emily took plenty of amazing pictures, some of which we ended up actually using as part of our engagement announcement to friends and family. Both my fiancée and I are absolutely going to come back and visit again when we are thinking of purchasing other jewelry...

Lapis is a wonderful store in the Proctor District. They have so many pieces of beautiful and unique jewelry for men and women. The real jewels, however, are the staff! They are 100% welcoming and helpful. So special. I was shopping with my daughter and we found a lovely necklace with a robin hand painted on silk. Alas, the unique chain was too short. Rather than sell us a chain addition, the woman offered to send it back to the artist and then ship it to me in California. All at their cost.
