Sean's Anime & Other Things — Local services in Tacoma

So first off, I’m not one to really leave reviews even with a bad experience….but this has been one of the best in a long time. I will start off by saying I recently got back into gunpla after a 15 year hiatus and some how stumbled across this gem when doing a google search for nearby store (only 15 mins away from home). Decided, why not go check it out and very happy I did. Soon as you walk into the store you instantly know you have come to the right place for all anime/model needs. The gentleman was quick to greet me and explain a bit about the store when telling him it was my first time in. Was more than willing to offer any information on all products and just genuinely cared about my experience at the store. I did end up picking up a couple kits and supplies, but this will definitely be my go to from here on out. Probably be in each week if not more to pick up my kits and look forward to become a regular for this establishment! Really awesome work to everyone involved with this place!!...

I searched around, up and down started looking for Touhou Project figures at Florida (where i lived) and went to each state (by google maps) until i find a single anime shop that sells touhou figures...i was starting to lose hope and my heart was breaking from each store i look there was none until today i look into "Sean's Anime & Other Things" and my heart stop... There it is, the touhou figures not just one oh no no no there was a whole collection of them waiting to be buyed so probably around October or late September i will come into that anime shop and buy (try at least) all those poor touhou figures as soon as possible...

Unless they cost 50$ per figure then i can only get...

This shop has a bit of everything if you are into Anime. I took my daughter here as a surprise today for her 13th birthday. She was so excited to look through all the posters and found several she had to have. The shop was cute and they had a good variety of things. I was disappointed that no one greeted us when we came in or even talked to us AT ALL while we looked around. When we were ready to check out we had to interrupt a conversation among the 2 staff members to get checked out. It was really disappointing as my daughter would have loved to talk about Anime with them. Too bad they were too busy to interact with a new customer that probably will not be back based on this...
