My boyfriend got a basic hair cut and I got my dead ends cut off ,no wash, and hair curled. She was nice but sucked, she tried to get done as quickly as possible did not trim around the back of his neck, missed a few hairs on top I had to later cut with scissors, my hair cut wasn’t terrible since it was just a trim but my hair was all curled one way around my head so my curls we toward my face on my left side and away from my face on the right side. Had her redo the curls on my left side to go away from my face. She did a couple had hid the rest behind my back. This place always has an issue. If the staff isn’t rude they are busy sitting in chairs on the phone informing you they are “booked up” for they day. The few times that I have made it in the get a hair cut I have to repeat what I want several times. The time she cut my hair on top with a number 2 guard, because I didn’t catch her in time when I told her I just wanted a trim. Maybe it was the time I was charge 3 times for a hair cut, because she rang it up wrong. Or maybe the time that I came in at 9:30 am and the store is still closed. This company's stylists do good work on their hair styling, but the Tahlequah location can't be trusted to catch when their card reader malfunctioned for 6 months, and just on 01/15/2021, they had a whole bunch of charges hit a bunch of people who thought they had paid, including myself. A buisness that can't keep track of it's accounting and quickly notify clients if the card reader malfunctions, is a buisness you can't trust. I will never trust them with my financial information again. Edit: To clarify, I will not be back to this buisness. There are more trust worthy salons...
