Recently went through the drive thru at this location. The lobby was empty, the drive thru had 4 cars in line, and I counted at least 5 employees inside. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, which I've had at other locations and loved. Got home to find a shriveled, overcooked piece of chicken that was more breading than meat. The amount of meat MIGHT have been sufficient for a single chicken nugget. Someone picked up that pathetic example of fried poultry and thought "this will make my customer happy." It did not make me happy, Burger King.
Also, my wife ordered cheesy tots. The person taking the order repeated "cheesy tots" to me. My receipt said "cheesy tots." Instead we received some mushy, cold concoction apparently sold as "jalapeno cheddar bites."
If you can't take an order for 10-12 items and successfully put them in a bag, what can you do? I know the employment situation is less than optimal as a result of the pandemic, but good grief. Please...

The 2 orders of chicken nuggets, the chicken fries and my chicken sandwich on the other hand were decent but looked burned as ever and you could taste the fryer oil was old. My only real complaint however was when my daughter order a bacon double cheeseburger and I told the crew/shift leader with a braided ponytail just make it the double bacon king combo and he rand it up a ting double cheese instead not even bacon. Luckily since we walked in for carry out I hadn't left yet and when I walked back in and told him the problem and about his screw up he got pissed at me and threw the burger on the ground! Saturday the 12th @ about 230/3ish. When my receipt is over 50 bucks I expect a little better service than that. At least a gritty smile. Next time I'll just go to...

We were told “we don’t have any”, to that one of our friends asked where the extra $1 to that goes then, and if we could be refunded it then. (4 of us had gotten the same order) we were told there’s nothing they can do about it. Yeah, it’s just a $1.
