I won’t go back to this store. I have used them numerous times and have been pleased-I have even taken up for them when others put something derogatory on Facebook. My last visit was to send about 2-3 lbs of clothes to Louisiana. The manager-Kelly) was in the back and only one person was at the counter. I realized there could be a wait-I am a patient person-no problem. Kelly spoke from the back asking if the employee needed help and she told her yes. Kelly came out and I was next in line. I told her I needed an envelope mailer and she directed me to get a designer one hanging in the lobby. This was not a present-no need to an expensive envelope (first demanding upsale). I told her I just need a plain one. She was not happy about that but got one out.I put it in the mailer. Then I handed her everything for the label. She said it will be $19.62 to get the in 2 days. I had not asked for a 2 day or priority shipping. When I asked about other rates she said that is all there was-which I do not believe. I am sure that the rate that the store made more money on. Every time I come in with a work project, they have made my life so much easier by giving me back fantastic products in a timely manner. Today's no exception.
This morning I can in for two booklets to be scanned and emailed to me. The woman working was by herself before the others' shift started. The scanner wasn't working AT ALL and she had to call their IT person. I left and came back in the afternoon once it was fixed. Another person was helping me this time and we still had issues and weren't able to scan the fast way, running them through. This UPS team member really told me to go and run errands and she would scan those booklets ONE PAGE AT A TIME, for a total of 180 pages! I can back within an hour and it was done.
I paid and left thinking the email would come through once I got home. It had not, so I called up there again. The person on the other end stayed on the phone with me until it came through and all was well.

I have never had to show an ID to mail an item before and stated oh I’ve never had to show id before to mail something. Kelli immediately got defensive and said you have to show ID, she seemed upset that I questioned the rule. Really no need to raise her voice and to get so upset. Also my package was sent to wrong address one number off. I’ll just give my money to the local post office who seem to be much friendlier. Store 7116.
The owners response is exactly why this store is poorly ran. I’m not upset for having to show my id. Your managers behavior is what was uncalled for. I also did not verify address multiple times. You can’t speak that I did when you were not present. Like stated previously I’ll give my money and support to the local post office or drive out of my way before I support this particular location.
