Just went to get a taper, for context, im African American. I explained to the female barber (only one in the shop), that i just needed her to fix my taper, thats all. She first said she could do it, then when I got back to the chair, she stared hesitating, saying she didn't want to "mess my hair up". I asked if she had done ethnic hair before and she said she had, but was nervous. I told her, I only need you to blend the back, that's it, nothing else, and she said okay. It felt like she didn't have a clue what she was doing, but I was comfortable talking her through it as she was very polite. At the end, she ended up slightly nicking one side of my head so I told her it was okay, but we could stop here. I asked her how much would it be, mind you, she barely cut anything off the back, and accidentally messed up one side, but I didn't believe in not paying for at least some of it. She said "26 bucks bc I don't feel comfortable charging you for a full haircut". I told her respectfully, i dont think it was worth that, you barely did anything, didn't even finish the edge up. She said "well I dont make the rules, but I dont have a button to charge anything less". I told her a normal edge up us usually 15. Well, she found a button so she could charge 15, I told her i still didn't feel it was worth 15, bc thats a normal price for a finished job, but I would be comfortable paying 7. Well, she couldn't find that price so I paid the 15. Again, she was kind, I didnt become upset with her but honestly, she shouldn't have charged me anything bc if im honest, she didn't do anything. Overall, im just frustrated with the lack of skill, and professionalism at supercuts. Management needs to do better and either train or hire ppl to cut ethnic hair bc it's ridiculous that I can't walk into the shop and have the same experience...

I've been here before and the cut was okay... but i didn't really care for it. So i let someone else cut it.... let's just say.. it wasn't great.

So I came here in hopes that someone at the very least could even it up.

I was greeted the second I walked through the door. Super friendly stylist. I told her my situation.. showed her a picture of what i wanted... and BOY did she make it happen! My hair looks and feels SO GOOD! It was funny because once we took the cape off. both of us were smiling ear to ear cause it just looked so much better and felt so wonderful. She also helped me out with planning a color change. she brought out the book and told me to see Heather when I come back in. I'm so relieved. The best experience ever. for $17 bucks you absolutely can not beat it!

her name was Skye. She really knew what she was talking about and made sure she knew what i wanted before she even picked up her scissors. She talked about a really good product to put in my hair while she was working.

I told her I wanted my hair colored and she let me know that Thursdays are discount days for that. But she helped me plan the color. They don't take appointments and she wasn't working the next Thursday so she told me to see Heather. If Heather was busy, she recommended Kailey.

I'm beyond satisfied and just relieved. Thank you Skye for being such a life saver. ps. she mentioned she put in a 2 weeks to spend more time with her babies. so if you need a cut! GET IT...

I’ve been going to this location for years, but after the haircut or scalping I just received I’ll never go back. Especially since they don’t care what this man did to my hair. What I asked for (showed photo) and what I received look nothing like what I asked for. Please don’t waste your money. Not only did he destroy my hair, but then he had the nerve to tell me how to leave the tip and instead it gave him a $30 tip. Wasn’t offered a receipt so I went right back in and asked for one. He then said oh did you mean to leave me a $30 tip? after I asked for the receipt. He then proceeds to call the home office and tell them I just didn’t know what I was doing! He’s the one that told me what to type in so it would give him the tip! The haircut I received makes me look bald he took so much off the top of my head. I grew my hair out long just for this style and if he couldn’t do it he should have said something. I’ll be going to social media and letting everyone see what this man did to my hair! What a...
