Add grace to your poi tuck turns! Tuck turns are a basic type of poi body tracer that carries the hands in a circle around the body while also making the body pivot back and forth from side to side. We can actually take this very idea and put it into our knees, taking them around in circles and traveling across a stage with them. This was my first time joining my son for the African Dance classes at this location. It was fast paced but I enjoyed the portion I could keep up with. It is a family affair so be ready to join the family as they invite you to other dance class locations. They like to hang out after class sometimes too.
