Reese is hands down one of the best people I’ve ever dealt with at a smoke shop. From the moment I walked in, they were super welcoming and knowledgeable about every product. They don’t just try to sell you something – they actually take the time to listen to what you’re looking for, explain the differences between products, and give honest recommendations.

What I really appreciated was how patient Reese was. Whether it was answering questions about new glass pieces, breaking down the pros and cons of different vapes, or suggesting the best accessories, they made sure I left with exactly what I needed. You can tell Reese knows their stuff and genuinely cares about making sure customers are happy.

I have updated my review to reflect this. I had no idea Fume had a policy on returned defunct products, as I’ve never had an issue with it at other stores, so I appreciate the owner clarifying that. 10/10 I recommend Gary. I’ve been to all smoke shops in the Tallahassee area and surrounding areas. Cloud smoke shop has the cheapest deals, and all the cheapest prices for all items compared to all other smoke shops in surrounding areas. This is the only smoke shop I choose to patronize for this reason they look out for me every time I go there especially for the delta eight Flower. Also, when I go there, they are updating the store.
