Crappy experience is overpriced, and you don't get what you paid for. Ordered online waited 36 minutes for the ice cream. However, it was a little busy tonight, so I understood it. It was the employee who made the ice cream who ruined the experience. She made my ice cream the (white one pictured), and it was supposed to be lucky charming ice cream with banana ice cream mixed in and added banana while having it in a green waffle bowl She made the ice cream with only b-day cake ice cream and bananas and no waffle bowl. When asked, the same said they were out of green waffle cones. (So you don't give any cones ??) The i said the ice cream is also wrong it's supposed to be lucky charms ice cream, and she said no, it's substitute bday ice cream. And it's not i left a comment saying mix in bday cake ice cream with the lucky charm ice cream. And she then said well we don't have cake toppings, and it was not comprehending that it wasn't a topping either." Then I asked about sue and also didn't even bother adding the lucky charm toppings? And she just looked dumbfound and laughed and did not care. Also not to mention she has only the tips of her hair in a scrunchie and the rest was hanging out all around her face and was not keeping her hands clean nor washing them after handling money, kneeling on the ground and going through cupboards and then making peoples ice cream.... over bad experience and over proced for not even receiving what...
Read moreI ordered a custom ice cream birthday cake to be delivered. On the day of delivery, the wrong cake was dropped off. I promptly called the store and explained the situation and the employee replied, “I’ll have a manager look into it” and hung up on me. She didn’t take my personal information nor my order confirmation and information. I had my husband call back and someone said there weren’t any mangers working (this was on a Saturday) and when one came in they would refund us our money. He asked if we could just have the cake we ordered instead of having it refunded and our response was “no one decorate cakes except managers”. We called on Sunday to speak to a manager and the new story was no mangers would be available until Tuesday to resolve our problem. Rightfully upset, we asked again how to resolve this now, since the cake we order was much more expense than the tiny one delivered and our daughter didn’t have a birthday cake, and the employee said she would call a manger and see if she could refund it herself. No call back, no refund, no new cake, no resolution. Absolutely the worst customer service, and the tiny cookie dough cake that was careless brought to us instead of our custom ordered birthday cake was subpar at best. I brought my ice cream yesterday and I’m still disgusted by the service I received as well as the ice cream I paid for. I spent $20 on my items. I paid for a shake and a Love It Founder Favorite (which is what I always get). I always get butter pecan ice cream, an extra brownie and caramel. I ordered my ice cream online. When I get there to pick it up, we did not receive good customer service at all. We was not greeted. The staff acted like they rather been somewhere other than servicing us. We had to ask the staff a few times for spoons and a straw before they acknowledge us. The quantity of the ice cream has gone down. The quantity is never consistent. I ordered a Love It size and got a Like It size. I asked for butter pecan ice cream but got sweet cream ice cream. I asked for extra caramel and got extra fudge instead. They gave me what they wanted to give me. I didn’t bring it back because there was a football game going on so traffic was bad. It literally took me 20-25 minutes just to get to Cold Stone.
