I won't be returning to this target ever, all because of a employee name Tiffany Council. She treated me like a complete criminal, I spend a lot of money inside this target but no more. Today was uncalled for when she approached me inside Starbucks asking me is there something she can help with. I told her that I was waiting for my Lyft and for my app to work she said well Starbucks is a third party and no one can sit In.there, I explained to her that I had just got through shopping but her demeanor was off with me. I told her that I wasn't stupid and that I also witnessed her following me to the bathroom earlier after I paid for my items in the store. I told her I didn't like the way I was being treated and demanded a refund, she got sarcastic with me saying, I can help you with that. I told her that I didn't want her to talk to me anymore and get me someone higher, she calls for another lead employee Kiara I believe that was her name. By the way Kiara is a great employee, and she took good care of me. She also mentioned to Tiffany that I come in all the time and spend good money. I left my number and name for the general manager to call but I called myself and to be honest, she is not for customer service. Because, she clearly doesn't care about her customers, and it's sad. To Tiffany everyone doesn't steal, you may not have said that I stole something but your actions speak louder than words. To the general manager, please stop taking up for these corrupt employees of yours In the workplace and stop saying what corporation will and won't do. Do better for yourselves...
Read moreThis store opened with big smiles and great service--then went downhill fast. I don't know whom at the top of the line is mistreating whom, but the s* rolls down, and I've witnessed some terrible abuse of customers and employees alike perpetrated by some of the management. Manager Derrek (my phone keeps trying to change to the right spelling) is the kind of human being who leaves you feeeling violated after one conversation. As a longtime Target supporter (both my young kids registries and my wedding registry were there), I went to return an item. I could not have been treated with more disdain. His tone was short and callous, his eye contact was aggressive, and his behavior was dramatic, making a theatrical fakecall to Guest Relations on my behalf. When I told him it was not the policy (which fully supported me) but his rude behavior I was upset with, he gave a vapid, I'm sorry you feel that way. He is not the the first retail worker to refuse a return, but he was certainly the rudest. It left me feeling sad for him that this was the only power he could wield in the world and he was doing it in such a way. There has to be some kind of employee coaching for these issues. This goes against Target's new efforts to seem less like a discount thrift shop and more...
Read moreI've been coming here for over 3 years now, and this is by far the most consistently wonderful store I have ever shopped at. Sure, it is smaller, so you can't always expect them to be in stock of everything, but what I have been able to always expect is every area to be wonderfully organized and every staff member to be genuinely friendly, pleasant, and respectful.
To be honest I go there so much I feel like it wouldn't be much of an overstep to actually cultivate a friendship with some of the workers there. That is how nice they are: specifically, I would like to thank Natasha (stocker), Jake, and Chloe (both from guest services) for always treating me like a welcomed...guest. Not customer. Guest. It is truly a vibe walking around the store and down that checkout line and people like them are the reason for that.
This is not to say that other workers there have not exceeded expectations for what it means to have a high level of customer service: Scarlette and Paola have also been awesome. There are so many others too! I feel like I know the whole store, but I don't know all their names. Eventually I will.
In short, you can't get the same workers everywhere, but it really does feel like this should be the standard all supermarkets...
