Natural Kitchen ( poke bowl and bubble tea) — Restaurant in Tallahassee

This is my 2nd bad experience at this establishment the first time I asked for a drink told him if he could make it sweeter. he tore the seal stirred it with my straw that I drank out of with no gloves on and gave it back to me without a new seal so I asked for a refund and he gave it to me. This time I came a younger lady was there I asked her about 4 different drinks she was not helpful at all and was like that’s just what it is what do you mean so me getting annoyed and anxious I ordered and than I paid for a pineapple strawberry green tea before she could make the drink I noticed a different one I would like and asked if she could make that. she said it was an up charge so me being anxious again I just said ok never mind just make that she finally gives me the drink and I hated it and asked to make the one I wanted and I would pay the difference her not understanding I was like can I get a refund for this drink and pay for the other she was like well we didn’t make it that way that’s how you requested it. It’s not my fault if you don’t like it sorry we don’t do refunds and I was like are you sorry defeated I just went to the car and then I went back in and she was over here talking bad about me to her manager when she finally turned around, she shut up and came to the register and I’m like are you the manager she’s like yes I am the manager and I told her about my previous experience getting a refund and he comes out was like oh yes we can make that drink still doesn’t give me a refund and he’s like will give you 15% off the second drink first off, I shouldn’t have to buy two drinks and then he finally gets done making the second drink and I’m like is that a strawberry slush with strawberry popping Boba and he’s like yes that strawberry popping Boba and I’m like is there strawberry slush and then he’s like no it’s pineapple. You asked for pineapple and then she comes out and I’m like was I not clear and she was like why would you ask for a pineapple if you wanted Strawberry I was like no I asked for the pineapple but instead of pineapple strawberry with strawberry popping Boba, how is that not clear so he had to make a third drink for it to be correct and still tasted awful. My absolute favorite spot to get boba in Tallahassee is Natural Kitchen! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, and you are met with a welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in. One of the best things about this restaurant is how willing they are to create boba or poke bowls to your liking, and they always try to make sure you leave satisfied.

A very rude lady attended us at the counter today. First, she didn’t greet us and secondly she forgot to add the boba in our drinks when I specifically asked her to. On top of that, she did not close the lid correctly so when I went to put my straw in the cup, it spilled all over. Lastly, she didn’t provide us with straws so we had to go behind the counter to get the straws. In addition, the drink (Four Season Spring with Mixed Fruit add boba) was very watered down.
