Roboto Tokyo Grill — Restaurant in Tallahassee

I experienced the most unprofessional staff and experience of my life today. I went into Mr. Roboto’s to go do a DoorDash delivery. Mr. Roboto’s says it’s the responsibility of the driver to put the sauces in the bag because they do not receive a tip so they think it is unfair to have to do their job because they’re not receiving a tip. But they are being paid hourly wage. as a DoorDash driver my job is to pick up the order from the restaurant the order being already premade having everything inside of the bag and closed up and sealed. Their job is the restaurant is to prepare everything and put it inside of the bag and have it ready for the delivery driver. I have been told by DoorDash it is not the responsibility of drivers to prepare the food or prepare the order in any kind of way or we are to do is to ask and make sure everything is inside of the bag. Furthermore They want you to prepare the sauce inside of the cups and physically open your customers bag and put it in there the bags are supposed to be sealed for the customer to know that the food has not been tampered with So I just want to let any and everybody know who orders from here or buys from here if you’re ordering DoorDash and your food don’t have any sauce you can call and complain the restaurant for their policy they don’t get paid a tip to put your sauce in the back so that’s why you...

Mr Robotos used to be amazing but their quality of food and cleanliness is terrible now. The food tastes like its been sitting out for hours. Their restroom was covered in flies the last time I went it, it was so disgusting I refuse to go back in there. This past weekend the restaurant smelled like piss... Just a faint smell of piss.... In the seating area. Then I got a look at their kitchen while people were coming and going and the floor was just covered in filth. They actually were recently given warnings after failing a health department inspection (you can look it up online to see for yourself.) I've given them multiple chances over the past few months. The Samaria chicken tastes old. Every time there has been rotten pieces of lettuce in my salad. One time my salad literally tasted like garbage it was as if it had been stored near it. I will not be back to this location ever again. I can't speak for their other locations but I do hope...

Whenever I want Mr. Robotos I always come to this location for the food not really knowing there is another location close by. So I arrived asking for my orders. This is when the server let me know she did not have my order and asked which number I called and notified me that I have placed an order at the wrong store. So I of course told them well I will place an order here. The server told me that they would not serve me because I placed an order at a different and they cannot take peoples orders who have ordered at another store. Puzzled I asked the girl so what If I canceled the order, You still can’t serve me?? I never heard of a establishment refusing to service someone because a customer mistakenly placed an order at the wrong store. I will not be back.
