We've been bringing our cars to Mr. Callahan (Earl to me and his many friends) for over ten years. It's just where we go. There are others WAY closer to where we live but Exquisite's Car Detailing is perfect for us. Earl is a stand-up guy, and every time we meet up, we'll take three times as long as necessary because I always learn quite a bit from him in our conversations.

This is a veteran-owned business established in 2004 at this location - and is open at 8AM and closes when the last customer is served.

I brought a 2005 Honda Odyssey van (that had been treated far-from-respectfully over the past four months) to Exquisite's for a thorough detail ($125) - which included the engine bay - and a thorough tooth-pick cleaning of the interior to include shampooing upholstery and carpeting. I made an appointment because, from past experience, if you don't have one - you're going to want one - but feel free to pop in. If it's a basic wash-down, I'm sure you can get fit in.

There was no way in hell that I was going to be able to sell the van looking like that. Mechanically, it was sound. Metaphysically, it was hurting. Not to mention there was plenty of debris and dog hair and kid stuff and junk accumulated over the course of months.

I picked up the stellar detailing job and an hour later, posted it for sale on MarketPlace. 45 minutes after posting it for sale, it sold. I got 80% of asking - and the buyer and I were both happy with it.

Had intentions on conducting business with Exquisite Car Cleaning but they provided me with a change of heart. I drove to their location which didn't feel safe and tried inquiring about pricing, the workers just stand their and look at you while socializing. I then gave them a call and when I decided to question their $125.00 car wash price and what it all entails, I was told to "get my money up and to go wash my car at Oasis for cheap" (who happens to generate more revenue than Exquisite). I would not recommend this place to anyone. I love to see my fellow black people prosper especially my black business owners but Exquisite Car Cleaning is a firm reminder as of to why some black people take their hard-earned money and go spend it in white establishments because it isn't about the money....it's about the customer service and the experience. I will be renewing my membership with the white man @ Oasis. Do better Exquisite...

I recently moved out of town and the last time I brought my sister’s car she did not have to schedule an appointment. Once I arrived I was informed that I needed to book an appointment to receive services which was fine. I was just going to go somewhere else, but the person I was talking to insisted that I stay and that he could work with me. But he was incredibly tactless and rude in communicating the policies and procedures of the company. I was trying to be patient and kind, but there was also no transparency about the price and he made an assumption that I was trying to be cheap or push him to do a rush job. I never said I had a time limit or that I wanted a cheap job. He also was rude to the other people working. Being personable and respectful in communication is more important to me than a business being affordable or speedy. The least you can do is greet people...
