I ordered a sweatshirt in July. I emailed the team at The Fuzzy Pineapple after 6 weeks of waiting (I understand the items are handmade, and wanted to give plenty of time for the artists to do their work), but I didn’t get a response.

I then reached out via Facebook where we have had a two-week long back and forth, where I was initially ignored and later promised a refund. It’s been two weeks now since the refund was promised, and it hasn’t happened. Overall, almost a month since I reached out for help.
