Let me start by saying they are extremely pleasant and easy to work with. Maybe I just have bad luck, but my experience had been problematic. If it was only 1 issue, I could look the other way, mistakes happen, but these issues compounded and the lack of explanation or response makes it worse.
First, when I made my purchase, I overheard the salesmen high fiving and making comments about making the sale. I overlooked it because I understand they work on commission and everyone needs a boost once in a while, but it did make me feel like "just another sale."
Secondly, they didn't put my phone number in the system. I noticed the error while I was there and made my purchase. I told them the number they had was nowhere near any number I recognized. I asked him to put my number in ASAP. He physically wrote down my phone number on the invoice. He said he would get it corrected right away in the computer but apparently never did. This all happened in front of another employee, but apparently neither of them took the responsibility to get it fixed.
Third, I called today to get an update only to find out my item has been in for over a week and they didn't have my number so couldn't call me to set up delivery. Nobody bothered to look at the invoice where the phone number was written down. no explanation why my number isn't in their system or why nobody pulled the paper invoice. I was told the item wouldn't be in until November, otherwise I would have called sooner. Now, they can't deliver it until next week.
Yes, I'm grateful it's in ahead of the original expected date, but seriously, if they had fixed their original error when i pointed it out and treated me as a human being instead of celebrating making the sale... i would have my furniture already.
Lastly, I'm informed that they failed to charge me the full amount at time of purchase and I needed to pay the remaining amount before delivery, an extra $100. What? why wasn't I charged the full amount when I bought it? No explanation for that error either. Now adding insult to injury, I'm actually paying for this "abuse".
Ms. Cynthia is nice and pleasant, as is the rest of the staff, but when I'm paying this much money for new furniture, I don't expect to be jerked around and treated like my $$ is all you are after. Yes. They offered an apology, followed by, "give us more money". I reached out to their main office to, at the very least, let them know about my experience. I've gotten no response or explanation from them either.
I don't think I'm willing to give them another chance to treat me like just a sale. It's a shame, because I saw other pieces i was interested in purchasing later, but not after this experience. Yes, they have good prices, but do not value...

I was not informed that the couches I had purchased were actually backordered and would not be arriving for another month (I had already waited several weeks at this point)... On top of that I had to call several times to find this out and no one would give me a straight answer. When I told the sales associate who sold me the furniture that I was upset by the miscommunication I was repeated told "Well you see what happened" or "In this business.." when I told him I would like to cancel my order, the attitude changed. I received a call back, saying they could deliver one part of the order. That part of the order was actually apart of someone else's order. So they wanted to give me another persons order and have them wait instead... I don't know much about "this business" but I know that not informing your customer of a backorder upfront, not apologizing for a lack of communication, AND taking someone else's order is not good customer service. However, the woman who handled the actual cancelling of my order, was very polite and apologized for the behavior of the sales associate. I highly recommend confirming your item is in stock before giving them any money. If not you will pay off the furniture long before receiving it or even a phone call...

I am at the end of my pregnancy and waited for this couch my entire third trimester. They finally get the couch after several false promised delivery dates fell through, and the brand new couch doesn't work properly. The leg rests on either side both get stuck and are very hard to get back down. I have fallen trying to get off the couch which sent me to the hospital with contractions. The "sales manager" had the nerve to tell me "I know how you feel." No sir, you don't and never will. He was rude, misogynistic and absolutely hateful. I finally got in touch with the regional manager who promised to fix everything... here we are almost a month later and still nothing. I have a broken couch they refuse to refund me for. The only offered solution was to instead give us the dingy floor model for the same price as a brand new couch. This company is a joke and I would never advise buying from them. I understand delays happen but they have not once called and offered an explanation, we have to call and beg for information and when we do they are rude and nasty, especially the sales manager. I will never buy from this...
