DO NOT DINE HERE. I went to dairy queen to order a cotton candy blizzard and i notified the employees of my allergen and they told me they would clean the machine. I brought my dessert home and ate it and I went into anaphylactic shock that left me racing to the hospital while my throat was closing and I could not breathe. I made it to the hospital at the perfect moment because i could have lost my life due to the negligence of this location. The next day I went to the dairy queen to speak with management about a refund and the corporate phone number and the Owner of the franchised location stated that he didn’t care and that i am lying and show him the paperwork of me going to the hospital for emergency care. Once showing documentation he immediately blamed and named the specific employee that should be at fault for causing me to go to the hospital. Once i asked for the corporate information and i let the owner know that theres no signage at the drive through that warns about cross contamination with allergens he then proceeded to call the police on me and told the police that i treated him and i’m endangering him and his employees and opened a case for trespassing simply because i wanted the location to right a wrong. This location cares nothing about the safety of its consumers or their lives. You can easily lose a loved one who has an allergen due to lack of care and...
Read moreI always come to Dairy Queen because I unfortunately are addicted to their Blizzards, and whenever I do come in usually their employees are very nonchalant and dismissive, although never rude or disrespectful.
Today I came in to get a Blizzard, and asked if my credit card number may be typed into the register as I always pay here like this; and have had problems with fraud in the past and losing money from scams. There were two young African American women that were very disrespectful and dismissive to my simple requests, one with long white acrylic nails.
After seemingly 10 minutes of bantering me about “our register doesn’t do manual entering” when I am a regular and enter my number all the time, I finally pay and get my Blizzard only for it to not be fulfilled and fixed correctly after all that time.
I came back into the store and politely asked if my Blizzard may be filled properly, and the woman with white acrylic nails gives me an attitude and goes to the back with my blizzard and murmurs to the other black woman about me. Then after fixing my blizzard she comes back and slams it on the table and walks away.
The costumer service was unacceptable and worse than any restaurant I’ve been to in a very long time. As once a regular customer I won’t be seeing my way back. Fix...
Read moreHorrible service! When I initially pulled up to the drive through yesterday, a guy was at the drive through arguing with staff (totally unprofessional, might I add). I became distracted and did not realize that they gave me a receipt and cold food, while simultaneously failing to return my payment card. They stated that "I" left my card and didn't appease me for the inconvenience of returning to pick up my card. Additionally, my food was served both old/cold. Upon returning to pick up my card tonight, the lady at the drive through was rude and discourteous, as if I was the one in the wrong. She stated that I left me card. Really? More like my card wasn't returned. It is the responsibility of the restaurant to return a card after payment and serve fresh food. Unfortunately, I will now need to additionally request a new card number (there's no telling how many people have seen or recorded the info) :( Needless to say, that I will be boycotting this restaurant forever; period! Where has the customer service gone? This is more encouragement for me to cook/prepare meals at home. One star only because no stars is not an option. (Fool me once, shame on you) no...
