Hip Hop Fish & chicken — Restaurant in Tallahassee

The food is excellent. They obviously use very good quality chicken. But, like many places in Tallahassee, it's the staff that will be detrimental to their business. Today when I went through the drive-thru and the person that took my order mumbled everything they were saying, and she spoke in a very low volume so I could hardly hear her. When I ordered, I specified no cole slaw I ordered five (5) honey mustards. I was even charged extra for that many extra honey mustards. When I got back to work with my order, my plate had cole slaw and no honey mustard, the exact opposite of what I ordered. The dish usually comes with at least one honey mustard. But there were none.

If I could kindly give some advice to restaurant owners and managers, it would be to please make sure that the staff member assigned to drive-thru duty knows how to speak clearly and competently. The drive-thru encounter makes up a large percentage of a customer's perception of an establishment's...

The last order wasn't very decent, skimpy pieces of chicken and not very filling for the price. Not much chicken on any of the pieces. These workers work very hard, prove to continually to care about their customers.

Food there is always cooked to perfection, this is as a home style meal.

They feature a walk up for those on foot and a drive through for take out.

The food is always cooked to perfection and of a mistake had ever been made there, I have absolute confidence they would fix the issue immediately and properly. Always give decent employees as these to replace or fix, but I've never had to regularly. Every of my orders has been excellent! 👍

Between 11am and 3pm, they have a very extensive specials menu, meals for only $9.99 plus tax, $10.74

After 3pm, the price is only a very small amount more.

The full menu includes shrimp, oysters and much, much more for very decent prices.

I have been going to hip-hop for years and once they open the one on Apalachee Parkway that's where I've been going since they've been open I go once or twice a week because I work right there by them One day one of the girls gave my order to the car in front of me So once I got back to my job they gave me the wrong order today I went and got a cheesesteak Philly with fries it had hair in it two pieces of hair black hair short hair which I called back up there she told me bring it back so once I got back I brought the food back then she refused to give me my money back cause I didnt want the To remake food for me which I see one of the guys outside with black short hair I never seen him with hairnet I would never ever support them ever again and the girl was window was Arabian she was rude .. Then she tried to take a picture of me and my car tag!!!! But I will be calling the health...
