If I could give even more stars, I would. What a fantastic company to work with! I couldn't have been more pleased with our results and our interactions. They are such a courteous and professional team. Their work the night of the event was stunning! From the first interaction of outlining our needs until the event wrapped up - everything ran smoothly and was just perfect.

I was incredibly nervous the day of our event, but the Dove team was so composed and efficient and did everything with such ease and mastery that it calmed my nerves, too.

Best of all, their pricing was great! We received a referral for them, so we were concerned they might be too expensive for our budget, but they actually took our needs into consideration and worked to keep everything under budget. They even added a couple of items that I didn't request (as I didn't know how much it would add to the feel of the event) and included a few free upgrades, as they had just upgraded their equipment.

All in all, I can recommend them with the highest confidence! They are excellent at what they do, brilliant in execution, professional and courteous in their interactions, and just an all-around great company to work with. If we ever need AV, Event, etc. services again, we know...

We can't thank them enough for their flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond. Hard to believe that it's been 20 years that we've been using Dove to record our Cantors Assembly convention proceedings.

Because music and live performance play a major role in all our conventions, it's essential that we have a team in place that can handle everything we throw at them, and Dove is that team.

For instance, instead of having one evening concert that was a major production, this year we had four. Chad and his team were amazing in their service to our organization, especially in their willingness to customize stages, re-imagine rooms sets, spaces, rebuild stages, reschedule sound checks with a moments' notice, among many other changes, often with nothing but a text saying "needed now."

They were even able to help us with streaming certain sessions to Facebook Live for the first time. All things considered, their team has never lost steam, patience, or professionalism. Those are just a few of the reasons why we keep coming back to them...

We contracted with Dove AV for our in-person conference. Due to COVID the event morphed into something completely different where our speakers used Zoom, and Dove AV aired the sessions via Vimeo. Not just 1 speaker at a time, but 3 separate speakers per hour. Chad and Dove AV never missed a beat. They even arranged to have all the speakers test out their connection, cameras and audio before the event. During the event, Dove AV kept in touch with all the speakers (across the country) to make sure they were logged in at the correct time during the conference.
