I was paired with Deb to help me grow out and reshape my haircut. I have been really impressed with her from the beginning. I have high functioning autism and my hair can be a source of trouble for me. It is challenging for me to communicate what I want done--and if the hair does not feel right on my head---it can become problematic for me. Deb is really approachable and went over and above to help me get my hair cut---and to get it the way I like it so I can stay relaxed. She asks a lot of really good questions to help me get what I want and she always has a genuine smile. I will continue coming back here--I am really happy with the service I have received from everyone at Root Salon....

RHEA is a heaven sent stylist! She is very knowledgeable about the latest trends and products. Rhea is very generous with her time by providing a relaxing scalp and hand massage. She understands the high quality Aveda products and works to truly achieve their best results. I will definitely return and highly recommend her to friends and family. Jenna did a color correction on my hair back in September 2019 and I just went back for a root touch up and tone on my blonde hair. I’ve never had anyone do such a beautiful job.
