Update: this is what another repair company said about the condition of my phone. He also said he would atleast open the phone up and if needed send the part back to the manufacture to look at before he decided if he could cover under warranty for me. Repair Assessment Report – Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Technician: Techy Davie Device: Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra
During the course of the repair, I observed several important details regarding the condition and repair history of the device. Internally, components such as screws and flex cables appeared intact and properly installed, showing no signs of tampering or improper handling. The midframe exhibited typical wear and tear, consistent with OEM usage, indicating that it is likely the original part.
The battery and front-facing camera both retained their factory adhesive, suggesting that they have not been previously removed or replaced. This supports the likelihood that the device had undergone an LCD-only replacement rather than a full housing or frame replacement. However, I noted the presence of unusual residue between the LCD and the midframe, specifically in the area beneath the rear camera module. This might suggest that the prior screen replacement may have possibly introduced an obstruction or involved improper seating.
Based on these findings, my professional assessment is that pressure from normal use, combined with the presence of residue or uneven installation, likely contributed to the failure of the LCD. This is evident in the current display issue, characterized by two visible lines on the screen. It’s worth noting that LCD-only replacements on OLED devices like the Galaxy S24 Ultra are particularly sensitive and require precise alignment and a clean assembly environment to ensure long-term reliability.

I never make reviews especially negative ones. I i am pretty understanding that some things are out of peoples control.
But in this case i was truly treaded unfairly.
I had my LCD replaced less than 30 days ago because I had a cracked screen. A very expensive repair that i was happy to pay to have it fixed properly.
Shortly after a small green line appears and then goes away. Then 2 giant white lines to appear and stay.
They said it was "physical damage".
I never dropped my phone and there was no scratches or cracks to the screen.
Be aware!!
They said there was no way to prove it was or wasn't physical damage. So even with no proof of physical damage they would not warranty it. And offered to charge me an additional $250.00 to...
Read moreIt's very easy to set up an appointment; you can book online or just go in person (though I recommend making an appointment to make sure you're seen first). When I made my first appointment, I was quoted $85 to fix a broken iphone X screen (which is almost half of what anyone else charges, so it's a really good deal!), and was told 20-30 minutes. When I got to their location, I told them I had an appointment made, and I was told it was an hour wait because there were other phones in front of me. Unfortunately, this location is in a strip plaza with a publix and a few other shops around, but nothing to occupy myself for an hour, so I initially left. I got a call about an hour later from the manager, RJ, who apologized, said the employee wasn't aware I had an appointment, and offered to ensure my phone would get pushed to the front and taken care of. I rebooked an appointment for two days later, and they completed the fix in 20 minutes. I really appreciated RJ reaching out and I'm very happy with my repair! I would definitely recommend...
Read moreTHIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! I never write reviews on businesses but after the experience I had here yesterday I had to let other potential customers know about this sketchy store. My mom came by to get her phone screen fixed (Samsung) and spent over a week waiting for them to "get the right screen shipped" to the store, then after "fixing" the phone the screen malfunctioned in less than a week and a half when I was finally able to drive home from college and see what was going on. When we went into the store the RUDE employee working said they couldn't do anything about it because the phone had scratches, now while I understand store policy the phone did not stop working because of the scratches..it stopped working because whoever installed the screen had to have done it with both of their eyes closed..because there's no reason why I should be able to see the LED light that emits from the screen on the entire left side of the phone. This is the POOREST excuse of a "business" and I hope y'all...
