I came to this location for a scheduled fingerprinting appointment and parked in the lot while waiting. Out of nowhere, a man and woman aggressively approached my vehicle, yelling at me to “get off their property.” They claimed to be the property owners and threatened me with violence, stating, “If you don’t leave, we’re going to mess you up.”

Their justification? The man claimed I was “staring at his wife” — despite the fact I was sitting quietly in my car with the windows rolled up. The woman began screaming in front of other customers outside a nearby mattress store, cigarette in hand, creating a completely inappropriate and chaotic scene.

This behavior was unprofessional, threatening, and frankly disgraceful to the businesses operating in this plaza. I felt racially profiled and deeply disrespected. I will never return to this location and strongly advise others to reconsider visiting until this kind of behavior...

I was here grabbing a bite at Tijuana Flats. The staff is very sociable they seem to really appreciate their customers, and like hearing their customers out on any input, ideas or opinions one would like to suggest. With all the taco places that currently exist, Tijuana Flats has remained exceeding my expectations, since I had my first bite six years ago. This place seems to be the original. Plus, the staff communicates with each other as family. My only reason for the four stars is the long wait that has occurred from time to time. Plus, at times staff has seemed a bit off with their timing, but has been understandable considering that it gets quite busy. Especially during their Taco Tuesdaze or also on Thursdays which is when they have their bowl promotions. However, I can Always trust that the food is fresh &...

They did not listen. I was given a plastic thing for my dine in order but my order came in a to go bag. I tried a frosted sunrise it had a bitter taste so I will not order again. I found something in my drink and the guy said oh it's just cookie crumbs and put his hand on the opening to the cup. There was no way to know what it was and I threw away the drink after he touch my cup in the opening. Parking another guy said it would be difficult to get out NOW that they moved the drive thru lane while I was inside. Zero customer service and...
