URGENT Review

This location has been my regular spot for breakfast and dinner, but for over a month now the conditions inside the restaurant have been absolutely unacceptable. It is unbearably HOT every single time I walk in. Customers are openly complaining, and you can see the exhaustion on the staff as they struggle to work in these conditions. I’m an older man and I have to wait in my car until I see the line go down before I go inside that furnace.

This is SUMMER in Florida, and the air conditioning has clearly been broken. It’s not just me every customer I see is uncomfortable and openly complaining about the heat. The staff look exhausted as well, and it’s obvious they’re struggling in these conditions. This is Florida, in the middle of summer there’s no excuse for the air conditioning to be broken for this long.

It is hotter inside the restaurant than it is outside. That is not only uncomfortable it is dangerous. With a full kitchen running in that kind of heat, the risk of someone fainting or worse is very real.

My dining experience is ruined. Nobody wants to eat in a stifling hot restaurant, and the thought of sweat anywhere near food preparation is enough to drive customers away.

Corporate needs to take immediate action and get this fixed. This is not just about comfort it is a serious health, safety, and food quality issue. Customers and employees should not be forced to endure these conditions. Let’s get back to a place where I enter and see people eating and enjoying themselves. We are all...

This is the first time I've been to this location of the Golden Krust chain. While I'm sure they all have similarities, this one seemed brighter and cleaner than the one we used to go to. It seems to be a very popular location as there were a lot of people in line.

I like the fact that if you're just going to order the meat patties, you don't have to wait in a long line. There's an express line for the patties, and we were ordered, paid and ready to eat in about 5 min. The line for the other food items was long and slow. I watched the line, while we ate, and it was painfully slow. We had finished eating before people that were in line when we got there had even been able to order. So, I'd say you might not want to time your visit right at mealtime. It doesn't matter whether you're planning to eat in or take out, all the food is served in disposable containers.

As far as the patties, I had a chicken (which is a curry) and the mild beef. They were both about the same on the spiciness, they had a bit of a kick that accumulated as you ate. The fillings were both flavorful, but it would have been nice to have a bit more meat in them. The crust was tender flaky and baked to the perfect shade of golden brown.

The service at this location is always amazing. It is extremely busy everytime I visit.The employees are always quick, efficient, polite and welcoming. My husband and I made a visit on Friday around 1pm. As to be expected, the employees were extremely busy due to the amount of patrons. There was a miserable older couple, who verbally attacked the employees for an extended amount of time. Heaven forbid that they would have to wait 10 seconds for their turn to get checked out . All the employees kept their composure with grace. There is a young woman ( short hair and beautiful makeup) that has serviced us numerous times. I’m grateful for her, as she is always so accommodating to my family’s vegan lifestyle. She is always so kind.My family and I choose this location because of the employees impeccable service.Honestly all the employees at this location deserve a raise in pay for their hard work.
