China Sky — Restaurant in Lauderhill

We're always looking for really good Chinese food. It has been very hard to find in our area. We found China Sky from a recommendation on a local blog. While there have been a few things that we felt could have a bit better flavor, we have been very pleased overall. Keeping in mind that we've spent time in Hong Kong and we aren't easy to please when it comes to this cuisine. The boneless sparerib appetizer is wonderful. Delectable little bites of tender pork in a sweet, tasty sauce. I sometimes order the large order as an entree. We also love the perfect pan-fried dumplings. Our other favorites, include the Mongolian beef with the savory sauce and crispy vegetable and the honey garlic chicken with the perfect honey sweet and garlicky sauce - it's hard to get enough of it. It's Friday, Feb. 8th, which was the Chinese New Year Eve, I ordered a jumpo size of the vegetables young chow fried rice. I requested to omit peas and carrots and add broccoli, snow peas, bok choy (green), bean sprouts and eggs. Instead of adding bok choy, they added the nappa cabbage. The fried rice had only a few broccoli and 3 or 4 pieces of snow peas and a little egg in the whole bucket. OMG, I paid $25.63 for just that fried rice and they couldn't add enough vegetables in that fried rice. The previous owner was pretty good, who fulfilled my request easily!!! I order 3 lunches yesterday and I been buying food from you many years for the first time sad but true I have to say it was bad spending almost 30$ and the food is was horrible. Orde to pick up 3 beef with mixes vegetables and fried rice, bad taste I think the food was old the beef slippery vegetables don't look fresh bad taste and rice hard and it didn't look like fried rice, I don't know if you guys change the person that cook but it was a waste.
