I have reached bay area legal services numerous of times and to no avail bay area legal services has constantly rejected me and my family law case my ex-husband has gotten away with my children for over 14 years I am done trying to fight the system our system is broken and distgusting and honest bay area legal services does nothing to assist their community I'm a former resident of Hillsboro County I have all the paperwork to show that I reached out the bay area legal services and was denied denied denied for years and I'm writing my review now because I want people to be aware that they can't rely on anyone in our court system or judicial system or any of our systems have that we have in place what's it for if you're not going to help the people who reach out to you? My children are now 14 and 15 years old and I have been fighting or court system since they were eight months and one year old this is sad that parents such as myself even with a 50-50 custody agreement and final contempt to the court six times and it was denied six times that is ridiculous I have done everything in my power as a mother to fight for my children in this corrupted system that we live in with or without an attorney the system has failed me and my children my children don't know me my children call his wife mom my children know of me but how do you think that makes me feel as their mother the woman who gave birth and carried them for nine months only to allow my ex-husband to get away with this I will never stop fighting I will keep fighting til...

The many times that I needed legal services for a variety of reasons, I was always referred to Bay Area legal Services. You go to the courthouse, tax collector's office, letters in the mail because they hear that you are in some type of legal situation, it's always Bay Area legal Services and only Bay Area legal Services that is referred to. When you need assistance You will spend days trying to contact anyone from the office. You can hold 22 minutes on the phone because every single time you call they have a high volume of calls coming in so they say and your call will be hung up and you will have to do the same thing again on the next call. You also have the option to do a call back at the number that you're calling from but those calls do not get returned. Those calls also come from random numbers that are scam likely. And all Bay Area legal Services is is a referral service to tell you where to go for attorneys. That will not help you anyway. The legal services provided here in Tampa Bay are horrible. I feel the same way about anywhere here in Florida or the United States. It's very unfortunate that no legal residents, or American born citizens, or US Military veterans or people with high functioning disabilities in the United States cannot get real assistance for anything. If you are looking for help dont rely on Bay area legal to try too hard, they really just go through the motions to make it seem like they will help you but your eviction is just a regular day to them.
