New York New York Pizza — Restaurant in Tampa

After years of ordering from this location I placed a large order for my family while doing a project on the house. After spending $92 on food part of my order was wrong. I'm a faithful customer and I just called to have it rectified. The first man that answered proceeded to tell me I did not order eggplant like i claimed. How anyone could tell a customer this is mind boggling to me. I said please check my history, i always order eggplant and I am a long time customer. He put me on hold to put another man on the phone. This one even more disrespectful. He told me that I did always order eggplant but one time months prior I had ordered something else. In my life I have never had an establishment treat me this. I explained that I simply wanted what I ordered and what I paid for and I could not believe they were passing me around arguing with me. At this point I was told that I was too demanding and therefore he would not do anything for me. Years and thousands of dollars spent at this establishment to be treated like crap. I will never order from here again! The way they speak to women and treat long time customers is unacceptable. Mistakes happen and if you care about your patrons you handle it...

This place is a joke!!! Stay away!!!! Employees Reid and Marcus were both rude. These particular employees completely lack customer service skills. At my place of employemnt we usually order from here at least three times a month, but after this experience we will NEVER EVER order anything from this place or refer any of our patients there. I placed a order for delivery, and ordered the shrimp scampi. When I went to it eat I noticed that the pasta smelled weird. The shrimp in the pasta was old, and had I taken another bite I would have been sick. So I called back requested if A) I can order something else, and have it delivered or B) If I could just bring the pasta by after work, and just get a refund. They told me they could not do anything for me, and that if they came back to deliver something that they were going to charge me. They also stated that they do not do refunds or exhanges on food. I then requested that I speak to a manager. Marcus then informed me that Julian (their manager) will not be in till 5:30 pm. Who manages this place? How do you not have a manager on duty at all times??!!! I have never encountered such horrible customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR...

Tried this place after reading reviews for tons of pizzerias and having a pregnancy craving for Buffalo chicken pizza. My husband waited for about 20-25 minutes after placing the order. I got two Buffalo chicken slices, a small Greek salad light feta and 6 Buffalo wings well done.. The pizza was very average, Buffalo didn’t come to mind as I ate it. Giant New York slices. The chicken was mainly at the top and when I got up there it was decent. Maybe I tried it on the wrong day bc it was dry and I was a tad disappointed. 3/5 added picture of my pizza The chicken wings were okay, could’ve used more sauce but again they tasted like average wings from a pizza place, can’t complain. 3/5 The Greek sale was the star of my order, it was everything a Greek salad should be. I asked for ranch and was given another dressing but I have ranch at home so I didn’t mind the mistake.
