The fact that their furniture is super cool (lots of MCM-inspired looks) and always in stock (a rarity during these scarce COVID times) is a bonus. But ultimately, their customer service is the reason I keep going back again and again! 100% recommend them! At this point, every single item of furniture in my house, except one, is from Dwell. When I first ordered my MCM queen bed, which I now love, I was worried it was too big for the space. I have a tiny bungalow! Even though it was fully assembled and I had it for several days, they offered to come and pick it up/return it for me, no questions asked. I ultimately decided that I love it and did not want to part with it. They also helped me select items for my living room and dining room. All of my shopping, other than the first time I visited their showroom in person, has been remote/online via Facebook and Instagram messages (thank you Madalyn!). They spent hours rearranging & taking photos of furniture in their showroom to send to me so that I would have plenty of options. Most recently, I have changed my mind about the type of dining room table that will work in my dining room (from round, tulip - rectangular, marble). I am ordering a super cool marble-top table from them, but I already had four chairs from Dwell that will no longer go with the new table (different style/fit). So, they said they would be more than happy to swap out those chairs for new chairs in their showroom that go much better with the new table. Amazing! And, their delivery folx are super friendly and conscientious- - they will wait to make sure that you like everything before they leave. One of their team members even made a special delivery of artwork to my house while I was away (thank you Julie!). I am so impressed with Dwell! I even tell my friends who live in other states about Dwell and that they need to come here just so they can...
Trendy Social Media Meets an Almost Perfect Experience
My wife and I arrived on a Sunday morning shortly after they opened and was able to walk around for a bit. This store location looks great and is fairly photogenic (minus the rusted fence out front).
Dwell’s social media presence brought us here that day. The place looks great on Instagram and in person. We found it smaller than expected but, the quality of what they offered made up for it.
As we walked around we were left to ourselves for 10-15 minutes which was good and then someone asked us if they could help. Our needs were simple that day an area rug for our living room. We found the employee very kind and very willing to help and we walked away almost convinced this is where we will buy our next area rug.
Now if anyone had been watching us closely or engaged with us earlier they may have seen my wife pushing for a new couch. Now, as someone who has spent thousands on furniture in the past 2 years they may have sold us but, this is where the sales moment was missed.
I wish someone would’ve met us earlier and asked us if it was our first time. I would’ve loved to hear more about Dwell and it’s vision for what they were building along with a list of services they provide. I wanted a more engaging experience that would’ve told me about the food truck in the back or about the bar on the 1st floor when we walked in. We just never got that experience.
All in all I think this place has a lot of potential I just want more of an explanation when I’m there in person. Keep up the great social...

I was brought to the show room by a friend who had recently experienced exceptional service. The sales associate Wendy Weathers greeted me as I was browsing and let me know that she was available for any questions. She was beyond accommodating by having furniture moved by other pieces of furniture just so I could get the real affect. She was so willing to look up any item and confirm delivery dates, etc. She offered her opinion, yet did not obscure my taste and preference. Wendy followed me through the entire process, ensuring that I was happy with my items at delivery and offering exchanges as needed. Unbelievable that I was able to send things back and re-order things without restocking fees. I love this place, their show room really offers an opportunity to set the stage for what you would need at home. I went in for a sofa and in the end I have pretty much designed two living areas and a patio area. This was the most convenient furniture shopping experience I have ever encountered!
