KFC — Restaurant in Tampa

I went through the drive through.. ordered a 12 piece meal with all white meat. I have very picky kids who were all starving waiting on me to get home with dinner. I get my food fly home open it up it was all dark meat and no one could eat it. Not the end of the world. A little irritating for sure. I hop in the car and fly back to get the white meat I ordered. The worst thing that could have happed!!! THEY WERE CLOSED!!! STARVING KIDS NO WHITE MEAT AND I COULD NOT EVEN BRING THEIR DINNER TO THEM!!! They lived!! I'm not a complainer normally but the cost of things has gone up and to spend $40 on a dinner no one will eat... I cant afford it. So I put it in the fridge and took it back the following day. I walked in ready to battel, expecting to deal with someone with no customer service skills not willing to make it right. To my surprise I was greeted by a lovely manager who could not have been more pleasant or understanding of my situation!!! Not only did she give me the entire 12 piece meal with sides she also gave my boss and me lunch and she apologized and made me feel absolutely valued as a customer. Since I was at work she told the other manager and she was great too, they had it ready for me when I got off at 5!!! went home with white meat dinner in hand and everyone was HAPPY!!!! It was a nice change to see someone actually cared about their customer and the hard earned money I spend in their restaurant!! Thank you Jodi and everyone else. WOW!!! Let me just say this. I stopped at this store just by chance on 1/19/2020. Didn't know what I really wanted, and boy am I glad I did. From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted with a "Welcome to KFC". There was a couple of customers that was ahead of me and when I got to order the employee, I believe her name was Julie, was very pleasant and happy. I was placing a large to-go order, and was joking around, back and forth with her, during the order. What a great sense of humor. It was late at night, and they were running low on the chicken I ordered. The manager, who was smiling the whole time, offered to cook me fresh a couple times, but I just took the original recipe instead. For some reason I never looked at my receipt, nor did I check my order before I left, my mistake. After I got home, I noticed that I had ordered cole slaw not mac and cheese. So I went back to the store and told the manager what I had done and she took care of it. I offered to pay for it, but she said she would not have it. She thanked me me for coming to KFC and said "I hope you will come back again." When I got home, the food was great. And you can bet I will make this my only chicken restaurant in Tampa. The only thing I am sorry about is, I never got the Managers name and I would have liked to mention her in my post. Great job to all...

Tell my wife and son went inside to order some food and I was going to order a bucket original chicken but I didn't want any wings so my wife tells the lady that I wanted thighs instead of wings and I pay the extra price what's the manager with the blonde hair that wants to look like a guy so when I walked in there and said I can order what I want in the chicken as long as I am paying for it while she wanted to get all smart in the mouth and tell me what I can and can't buy therefore she does not need to be no manager she's very disrespectful to customers and then she tells my wife and my son have a good night I can't help you I live in a very nice neighborhood I have somebody that makes minimum wage of $14 to $15 an hour to tell me how to spend my money she does not need to be no manager in charge of nothing and also the inside of the restaurant was filthy the floors were filthy had food all over the floor the tables were filthy.. so whoever reads this do not go to the Gandy and Manhattan Kentucky fried Chicken!!!!!
