Normally I am not one to complain, but after receiving poor service for the second time in a row, I feel like it is my responsibility to share my experience. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from the location at 4602 West Gandy Blvd. Last week, I made a reservation for an 8 AM pick up on Wednesday, June 26 at 8 AM. I arrived at the location at 8 AM, and was told that “there were no cars available to rent.” You can imagine my surprise to hear that the car rental place couldn’t rent me a car, even though I had a reservation to do so. The gentleman at the desk told me “the cars should be delivered in 20-25 minutes.” Since I was not told prior to pick up, that no cars would be available, I was unable to make other accommodations. Cars were not delivered until 8:50 AM. I left the lot 55 minutes after arrival. This is unacceptable. If I had known that I would be an hour late to leave for my destinations, I would’ve made other arrangements. I utilize these cars for business purposes. I had to tell a client that I was an hour late because Enterprise couldn’t rent a car to me in a timely fashion. Since you are in the business of “renting cars,” I seriously urge you to do a better job in the future. I have another reservation made for July 8, that I will be canceling.    Read moreWell let's begin with I used to like this place a lot. But I noticed every time I rented from them my insurance was slowing going up.
The first time it was only $16.00 the second time it was $32.00 so naturally I filed a complaint because after only a couples weeks it jumped up $13.00. For the inconvenience they gave me a discount that was a lie since it still ended up costing me $518.00 on a minivan for three days. So the third time when I called them it up jumped again to an extra $16.00 for a total of $48.00 a day on a 4 door Fiat for 6 days with a grand totally of $562.00. This time I called them on the phone to complain about the increase when the whole time they were promoting $218.00 on any economy vehicle for one week (7 days). Also while I was on the phone the representative informed they had charged me $48.00 a day on the mini van we rented previously, so basically they lied the second time we rented from them as well. Since my trouble started a representative has been trying to get a hold of me in order to give them a sastified raiting. NOPE! I am not satisfied and I have given you multiple chances to correct it. Stop calling me if your going to lie and cheat me out...
   Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is this division was non-existent. I initially rented a car after an automotive accident. They provided me with a ford explorer, which was 3xs the size of the car I’m used to driving. With reluctance the enterprise in sun city center gave me another vehicle a Nissan cross over vehicle which was fine in size but when driven over 45 mph would start to aggressively shake and there was a stale smell of cigarettes that did not go away the entire time I had it ( it would rain any piece of clothing). I called the sun city center location to notify them of this safety issue and they continued to tell me that they had no vehicles over the weekend, but should have some on Monday. I decided to visit them that Monday and they gave me the run around telling me to go to the airport to rent a vehicle ( this is not covered by insurance). I went to another location notifying them of the issue and I got the same run around. I was forced to stay in an unsafe vehicle for over 3 weeks even at free I was told that I was going to be put on a list for trade ins and I never heard back. I will never personally...
