If I could give zero stars I would, Ladies please do not waste your time coming here to this Lash supplier you will regret it I promise you. If you were thinking about coming to get Lash supplies from here DONT take this message as a sign in runaway fast. The owner was late coming up to the shop and that’s cool because things happen but what I don’t like is when I bought Lash Trays they were falling apart and I didn’t even want a refund I just wanted to exchange {Mind you I’ve been doing lashes for two years so I know good and bad Lash Trays and those were bad } because her lashes are somewhat OK but you’re better off buying on Amazon because her trays are overpriced but the only reason why I came to her was because it was last minute other than that I’ll buy from somewhere else. Once I told her about the lashes she would try to convince me that it was my tweezers or it could be the glue but I told her I’ve been doing this for a very long time I know good and bad Lashes. The owner was trying to debate with me and I can tell in her tone that she was a little bit aggravated but long story short Customer Service was trash. Also when you ladies are at the counter and it’s time to cash out make sure you check the price of your lashes because she will try to get off on you because that happened to me and she wasn’t even going to give me my money back unless I told her what she did. Very poor customer service, first I had a consultation with Natalia 10/22/2019 but the next day she canceled the appointment without any reason or explanation. I tried to contact her to find out the reason for cancelation but she would not return any of my calls or texts. I tried to reach owner of salon but she kept referring back to Natalia because she did not want to be involved. I took my business elsewhere that was more professional and treated me like a real customer. I would not recommend this...

The customer service was impeccable. I went it to purchase supplies and was warmly greeted. She took her time to explain tools and different lashes as well as glue. She took her time with me being a new eager lash tech. Made me smile and helped me picked what best fit my ability rather. I loved it. Cant wait to go back. I actually might just book a set...
