I preface this by saying I rarely ever will speak negative about an establishment or business, but the customer service is seriously lacking if you use their website and do delivery through their own site. I’m sure if you go in person it will likely be a better experience or I hope. I do feel I should warn others as our experience was very poor. The good though is that the food we did receive was very good and the drinks were great too. We ordered 5 items: berry nutty smoothie, iced coconut caramel latte, plant based sandwich, pink flamingo bowl, and a cali bagel sandwich. Sadly, we were missing the cali bagel sandwich and immediately I called the driver of the order to see if they by chance had another bag and then was directed to call the store. I think they may have been busy as my missing food was not of their concern. I was passed from one associate to the manager. I kept trying to share the order number and any information that would be helpful, but the individuals seemed to ignore me and kept questioning me telling me the driver must have my food or they gave all the items to them. Then another indicated that I must not have ordered it, but I had a receipt from their website that did which I offered to email in. After 20 minutes of no resolution the manager called someone else and said I would receive a call back. The manager did call me back again which I was thankful for but sadly the only options provided for the missing bagel sandwich (which happened to be my husband’s breakfast) was to refund as they could not remake and redeliver. We paid a steeper delivery charge of $7 for a close location, plus tip, etc. I will now need to wait for a refund for the missing bagel sandwich if I happen to get it as they had indicated they would. They did not offer to comp anything additional despite the error on their part nor the trouble. Very sad experience overall that took away from what should have been a relaxing breakfast. I hate to say I am just so disappointed with Raining Berries. I have tried another location previously and felt the same and really wanted to believe it’d be better, but was left with the same bad taste in my mouth (really, from the lackluster food and the experience overall).

They have a good concept going on here.. the pink aesthetic and cutesy signs are a good start, but then the mix of industrial and really bright lights tastes away the coziness that it could have- and that’s for every location I’ve been to.

Their menu seems like it should be great, though definitely expensive. The coffee is fine, it’s not the worst but you can certainly find better elsewhere. This time I tried the caprese sandwich and it was extremely forgettable. It came with a side of chips that were probably just taken out of a Lays bag of some sort. The sandwich itself just didn’t have much flavor.

My friend said the same for her avocado toast. It’s like they don’t use any kind of seasoning for the food and it’s just premade and heated up to serve. Honestly, it’s not good and borderline kind of gross.

I can’t even say that the workers make up for the experience. They were not friendly and all of it was just unemployable and would not convince me to come back.

One thing I do find neat is that they have a private conference room that you can book for free for work or whatever. But honestly, Raining Berries is certainly raining something but not...

It was my first time visiting the raining berries in south tampa but the atmosphere was very friendly as well as the employees and the manager. I felt very welcome and the place was very aesthetic, almost every section has a really nice spot to take pictures in. This place also has a study room to hold conferences or study with friends in which the location here has a big room for it. The food is delicious and the drinks are amazing. I am latte girly and unlike other coffee shops I been to, the quality taste in the coffee is amazing. I am amazed with how much I enjoy their specialty latte. I order a honey lavender latte with a ciabatta caprese and trust me you will not regret it. The pricing is also affordable which is a big plus including the modern interior designing of the place.
