Crumbl — Restaurant in Tampa

We were super excited to try Crumbl Cookies and couldn’t wait for the South Tampa store to open. We went at about 8: 00pm on a Monday night, there was one family ordering in front of us, we placed our order, paid, and waited. A few minutes later a staff member came out and said they were out of 2 of the cookies we ordered, can we offer you another type, they were already out of 4 of the 8 flavors and we ordered 3 of the 4 left, so there was not another flavor we wanted. She said that the manager would be out to talk to us, so we wait. A few minutes later another employee at the counter asked if he could help, we said we were waiting for the manager, he left and came back and said that the cookies we ordered would be ready in 30 minutes. We said that was fine and would come back in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later we came back to pick up our order only to have, who I assumed was the manager, tell us that another one of the cookies we ordered were no longer available and what other cookie would we like. No offer to come back or a refund but waited while my disappointed daughter had to decide between 3 choices of cookies, 2 of which we already had in the box. I recently placed an order with Crumble Cookies and initially, I encountered some issues. The staff wasn't particularly friendly, and it left me questioning whether I'd return. However, after reaching out via email to express my concerns, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response from the franchise owner himself.

Not only did the owner swiftly address the problem, but he also took corrective action to make sure my experience turned from mediocre to excellent. It's clear that this business values customer satisfaction and is willing to go the extra mile to achieve it.

While my first impression wasn't great, the way they handled the situation has convinced me to give them another chance. I truly appreciate the immediate and personal attention I received, and because of this, I would definitely return to...

Jason from the South Tampa store, you are amazing.

I ordered cookies from the South Tampa store to St Joseph's Hospital. I live out of state. Little did I know what an adventure it would be to get delivered. Door dash was subcontracted to delivered and left without delivered because they when to an office building on campus instead of the hospital. I call the store and spoke with Jason who said he would make the delivery. Jason in fact was getting push back when arriving at the hospital to deliver. We were able to work it out but I can assure you Jason didn't have to wait and deal with the headache but he did.
