A healthy lifestyle is not always easy and it certainly requires sacrifices. It takes time, energy and monetary investments to stay healthy and generate a better quality of life for yourself.
Fitlife can help you maintain a healthy lifestyle while reducing your strain in the areas mentioned above. Without Fitlife I was meal prepping every Sunday for my week to come, and sometimes wasting food that I didnāt use. Since making Fitlife a part of my routine, I can grab my meals for the week at one time/place, reducing the time and energy needed to stay healthy. Not to mention it keeps me out of the snack aisle at the store so Iām not munching on chips every eveningā¦
While at the store be sure to talk to Allie, their wellness coach, about your fitness/nutrition goals. You can get tested for free on their bioimpedance analysis machine to see all kinds of stats from your lean and fat body mass, to your basal metabolic rate. Equipped with this knowledge about yourself and paired with your end goals, Allie will guide you through what your diet and workouts should look like. She will help you select the meals you want so that nothing goes to waste and she will enable you to put back that extra time and energy into yourself or others.
With regards to the meals, they come in different sizes and Fitlife has really good varieties. My favorites were: BBQ Beef with Mac and Cheese, GF Mediterranean Turkey Meatballs, Chicken Enchilada Bake and High-Protein Carolina Pulled Pork. But thatās not to say there were not a lot of other good options there. I almost solely got the large size meals, which usually a ran ~$15. While this may sound a little pricy, what I liked is that no food went to waste, I wasnāt walking through the aisles at the store buying junk food and I was able to get all of my meal prep time back. In addition, if you bring back 20 of the food trays you get $10 off, so they do have deals that can lower the cost from time to time.
As you set your fitness goals for 2024, donāt forget that your nutrition plays a key role in your healthy lifestyle. Stop into Fitlife and see if they can be that nutritional...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've tried a few meal service companies, and let's be honest, Fitlife Foods isn't the cheapest option out there. But after my experience with Allie I can confidently say that you truly get what you pay for.
Allie is an expert on all the meal plans and options Fitlife offers. She took the time to understand my specific needs and dietary restrictions, then guided me through the perfect plan. Her recommendations were spot on, and I felt confident I was getting exactly what I needed.
But what truly sets Allie apart is her character. She's one of the most authentic and genuine people I've come across. You can tell she has a tremendous heart and a genuine desire to help others. Her passion for healthy living and well-being goes beyond the store - she even has great recommendations for books and podcasts! Most importantly, Allie has a way of turning what usually is a routine errand into something I actually look forward to.
Allie is a rare find ā someone who combines expertise with genuine care. People like Allie are a tremendous asset to any company, and Fitlife Foods is lucky to have her. Honestly, I can't recommend Fitlife Foods, and especially Allie, highly enough. If you're looking for a meal service company that prioritizes your health and well-being, look no further. Just ask for Allie ā she'll make the entire process smooth, fun and leave you feeling confident about your healthy...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBeware. Food is okay - needs more diversity - a lot of it is bland. Know that the nutritional information on the container is completely inaccurate. I weighed 3 different food containers and all of them were significantly off the reported "Net Weight" listed on the container. Some had significantly more food in them in terms of weight and others had significantly less. (off by multiple 3-5 oz, which is a lot for someone who is trying to maintain a diet). Because of this, my family has lost its trust in FitLife, a company which has a business model that is supposed to be focused on nutrition and diet. They obviously do not weigh their containers anymore and quality control must be non-existent. Today I ate the Chicken Pesto Tortellini (in size Medium) and it had a total of (yes I counted) 4 bites of chicken, mixed in with a lot of tortellini. In my experience, when a company starts making significant cost cuts which is seemingly what FitLife is doing, they tend to go out of business - the shelves aren't even fully stocked any more, an indicator that they are struggling. Hopefully this reaches someone in quality control so that the fraudulent nutritional information on the containers can be...
